موجبات الغُسل وصفته

موجِبات الغُسل هي:



1-خروج المني دفقًا بلذَّة في اليقظة، وكذلك إذا احتلم فأنزل المنيَّ.







2- إيلاج الذَّكر في الفرج، ولو لم يحصل إنزالٌ للمني؛ لِما ورد عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال: «إذَا قَعَدَ بَيْنَ شُعَبِهَا الْأَرْبَعِ، ثُمَّ مَسَّ الْخِتَانُ الْخِتَانَ، فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ»؛ رواه مسلم، والمقصود بقوله: «مسَّ الختانُ الختانَ»: الإيلاج.







3- انقطاع دم الحيض أو النفاس.




• ومن عليه حدثٌ أكبر: يَمتنِعُ مما يُمنعُ منه المُحدثُ حدثًا أصغر: (الصلاة، مَس المصحف)، ويزيدُ عليه: أنه لا يحلُّ له قراءة القرآن، إلا الحائض والنُّفَساء فيجوز لهما قراءة القرآن من دون مس المصحف، ولا يجوز للمُحدِث حدثًا أكبر أن يجلس في المسجد[1].







كما أنه لا يحلُّ وَطءُ الحائضِ والنُّفَساء، ولا طلاقها، ويحرم عليهما الصوم والصلاة، وعليهما قضاء الصوم ولا تقضيان الصلاة.

صفة الغُسل من الجنابة كما وردت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهي كالتالي:



1- ينوي الغُسل بقلبه.



2- ثم يُسمِّي، ويغسل يديه ثلاثًا، ثم يغسل فرجه.



3- ثم يتوضأُ وضوءًا كاملًا.



4- ثم يحثو الماء على رأسه ثلاثًا، يُروِّي منابت شعره[2].



5- ثم يُفيض الماء على جسده على شقِّه الأيمن ثم الأيسر، ويُعمم جسده بالماء، ويُروِّي منابت الشَّعر في جسده، ويُستحبُّ إمرار يده على جسده؛ ليتيقَّن وصول الماء إلى جميع البَدَنِ.







وهذه هي صفة الغُسل الكامل الواردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، كما في الصحيحين عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنْ الْجَنَابَةِ غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ اغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ يُخَلِّلُ بِيَدِهِ شَعَرَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا ظَنَّ أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَرْوَى بَشَرَتَهُ أَفَاضَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ سَائِرَ جَسَدِهِ وَقَالَتْ كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ نَغْرِفُ مِنْهُ جَمِيعًا».
