Why do we fail in many businesses and projects?

Dale Carnegie's in his book (How to win success ?): There is a high mountain slope in America, the remains of a huge tree, which botanists say lived nearly 400 years ago, in which lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes were exposed, unaffected, and resisted. In recent years, tree has been attacked by a crowd of beetles, making their way to their heart, and they have collapsed in the face of the successive attacks of these small beetles, which a young child can crush under his feet.
All such a huge tree! Aren't we often resisting severe tornadoes and raging hurricanes, and then let our hearts (beetles) eat and destroy them? In order to destroy your concern before it destroys you, make sure you do not get upset with trivia and attach great importance to it.
Always remember that life is too short to be concerned by trivia.
There is no doubt that the failure of many of the works and projects whose success requires cooperation is due to trivial and despicable things, one might laugh at his position on them after a while.
I read in some books that in one, of the judge was within forty years had presented him with at least 1,000 cases of marital disputes, noting that caring for the match was the secret of most of those disputes.

If these trivia had been handled wisely, it would have passed peacefully as if it had not been, but what most people have brought about vanity, selfishness and haste only refuses to work from to spark is a fire , otherwise it will turn that frivolous spark into a volcano or hell.
We often allow ourselves to be harassed and raised for trivial reasons that should have been forgotten and not attached to them, however, lifelong it may be, is short. Yet we spend irreplaceable hours of thinking, sorrow and regret over trivial things, no doubt, that we, along with other people, will forget them over time. Is not it good to devote our short time to doing great work, producing timeless relics, thinking about useful, entertaining things, and services to others.
