![]() the excuse of Allah Almighty for His creation ‘Abdullah bin Hamoud al-Furaih complete justice (3) the excuse of Allah Almighty for His creationThis is that their deeds are displayed to them and this is part of His justice, to display to His slaves their deeds on the Day of Resurrection so that nobody has any excuse. Allah Almighty will look at what deeds they have presented. Allah Almighty said: ﴿ يَوْمَ تَجِدُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَا عَمِلَتْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مُحْضَرًا وَمَا عَمِلَتْ مِنْ سُوءٍ تَوَدُّ لَوْ أَنَّ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَهُ أَمَدًا بَعِيدًا وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللَّهُ نَفْسَهُ وَاللَّهُ رَءُوفٌ بِالْعِبَادِ ﴾ “The Day every soul will find what it has done of good present [before it] and what it has done of evil, it will wish that between itself and that [evil] was a great distance. And Allah warns you of Himself, and Allah is Kind to [His] servants.” [Al Imran: 30] The Almighty said: ﴿عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَا أَحْضَرَتْ ﴾ “A soul will [then] know what it has brought [with it].” [Al Takwir: 14] The Almighty said: ﴿ عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَا قَدَّمَتْ وَأَخَّرَتْ ﴾ “A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back.” [Al Infitar: 5] • The fifth principle: multiplication of the virtues Allah Almighty as an honour and mercy from Himself multiplies the virtues to 10 times, to 700 times and to more than that. What a great honour from Allah Almighty for His slaves. Allah Almighty said: ﴿مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلا يُجْزَى إِلا مِثْلَهَا وَهُمْ لا يُظْلَمُونَ ﴾ “Whoever comes [on the Day of Judgement] with a good deed will have ten times the like thereof [to his credit], and whoever comes with an evil deed will not be recompensed except the like thereof; and they will not be wronged.” [Al Anaam: 160] Allah Almighty said: ﴿ مَّن ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللَّـهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ أَضْعَافًا كَثِيرَةً ۚ وَاللَّـهُ يَقْبِضُ وَيَبْسُطُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ﴾ “Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned.” [Al Baqara: 245] Allah Almighty said: ﴿ مَّن ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللَّـهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ وَلَهُ أَجْرٌ كَرِيمٌ ﴾ “Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He will multiply it for him and he will have a noble reward?” [Al Hadid: 11] In the two Sahih there is the Hadith of Ibn Abbas PBUT that the Prophet (peace be upon him) narrated that Allah Almighty said: “Verily Allah recorded the good and the evil and then made it clear that he who intended good but did not do it, Allah recorded one complete good in his favour, but if he intended it and also did it, the Glorious and Great Allah recorded ten to seven hundred virtues and even more to his credit. But it he intended evil, but did not commit it, Allah wrote down full one good in his favour. If he intended that and also committed it, Allah made an entry of one evil against him.”[1] -There are deeds that multiply the virtues such as: reading the Qur'an. In the Hadith that is narrated by At-Tirmidhy and was authenticated by Sheikh Al Albani, there is the Hadith of Ibn Masood (peace be upon him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) (said): “[Whoever recites a letter] from Allah's Book, then he receives the reward from it, and the reward of ten the like of it. I do not say that Alif Lam Mim is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter.”[2] Regarding giving charity: Allah Almighty said: ﴿مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنْبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِي كُلِّ سُنْبُلَةٍ مِائَةُ حَبَّةٍ وَاللَّهُ يُضَاعِفُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ ﴾ “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.” [Al Baqara: 261] Regarding fasting: it came in the two Sahih the Hadith of Abu Hurayrah (peace be upon him) who said: the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “"Allah said, 'All the deeds of Adam's sons (people) are for them, except fasting which is for Me, and I will give the reward for it.' Fasting is a shield or protection from the fire and from committing sins. If one of you is fasting, he should avoid sexual relation with his wife and quarreling, and if somebody should fight or quarrel with him, he should say, 'I am fasting.' By Him in Whose Hands my soul is' The unpleasant smell coming out from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. There are two pleasures for the fasting person, one at the time of breaking his fast, and the other at the time when he will meet his Lord; then he will be pleased because of his fasting."[3] Likewise, patience. Allah Almighty said about it: ﴿ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ ﴾ “Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account.” [Al Zumar: 10] All the deeds are multiplied as it was made clear in the previous Hadith. We ask Allah Almighty from His goodness [1] Narrated by Al Bukhari number (6491). Narrated by Muslim number (131) [2] Narrated by At-Tirmidhy number (2910).
