The Two Seas



And He is Who has made two seas to flow freely, one sweet that subdues thirst by its sweetness, and the other salty that burns by its saltness ….

The image above is nowadays being taught in the world major universities. It illustrates an established scientific fact in the field of hydrology. We see how the sweet palatable water of the river flows and mixes with the salty water of the ocean. Scientists discovered a barrier that is formed between the two waters. The barrier (isthmus) prevents the salty water from overwhelming the palatable water of the river. Allah the Exalted revealed this scientific fact, 14 centuries ago, in the Quran as He says:

(And He is Who has made two seas to flow freely, one sweet that subdues thirst by its sweetness, and the other salty that burns by its saltness; and between the two He has made a barrier and inviolable obstruction) [Al Furqan: 53].

Healing by Colors



Is not He (best) Who created the heavens and the earth, and sendeth down for you water from the sky wherewith We cause to spring forth joyous orchards,….

The Quran eloquently briefed this fact in God’s words, as He says (Is not He (best) Who created the heavens and the earth, and sendeth down for you water from the sky wherewith We cause to spring forth joyous orchards, whose trees it never hath been yours to cause to grow. Is there any God beside Allah? Nay, but they are folk who ascribe equals (unto Him)! [AN-NAML: 60]. So, see how the wonderful link was drawn in the Quran between the feeling of joy and the orchards. The Quran mentioned this long before scientists of the East and the West did.

And the Moon is Cleft Asunder



Allah Almighty said in the Quran (The Hour (of Judgment) is nigh, and the moon is cleft asunder) [Al- Qamar:1]. ….

NASA discovered recently that the surface of the moon has a long indentation; it is a thousands-of-kilometers long groove. This can be a reference to what Allah Almighty said in the Quran (The Hour (of Judgment) is nigh, and the moon is cleft asunder) [Al- Qamar:1]. Also, we can conclude the Hour is drawing near. God knows best

And by the Burning Sea



Allah says (By the Mount – And by the Book inscribed – in parchment unrolled – and by the Bait-ul-Ma'mur (the house over the heavens parallel to the Ka'bah at Makkah,….

The above image shows one side of an ocean close to the northern pole of the Earth. We can see how burning volcanic lava flows on the sea and set it ablaze. At the time when the Quran was revealed, this kind of phenomenon wasn’t seen before, but the Quran mentioned it in the form of an oath from Allah; Allah says (By the Mount – And by the Book inscribed – in parchment unrolled – and by the Bait-ul-Ma'mur (the house over the heavens parallel to the Ka'bah at Makkah, continuously visited by the angles). And by the roof raised high (i.e. the heaven). And by the burning sea. Verily, the Torment of your Lord will surely come to pass. There is none that can avert it.) [At-tur 1-8]. Praise be to Allah who mentioned who fire and water can mix together hundreds of years before we witness it.

Fruit before Meat



"(And with fruits, any that they may select - And the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire.)"….

In the Quran, we find that on mentioning the food that the people of Paradise eat, Allah always mentions fruits first then meat. The great medical wisdom behind this order is that fruits contain simple, easy to absorb and digest sugars that are considered an essential source of energy for the human body, and can therefore satisfy the hunger quickly. On the contrary, if one starts with meat, the body will take around three hours to complete the digestion of the meat. We can see how the verse (And with fruits, any that they may select - And the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire.) [Al-Waqi’h 20-21] indicates the medical fact, and try to make use of it during the month of Fasting (Ramadan) by starting our meals with fruits

The importance of having a nap



Sleeping is one of God's Miracles, but why did our Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) tell us to take a nap during day? Is there any scientific reason for that?….

Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) told us to take a midday nap as he Said: "Nap as Satans do not nap." Narrated by El-Tabarany.

A new scientific research has proved that napping during work reduces the possibilities of having serious heart problems that may be deadly.

Midday napping in office benefits heart and reduces exhaustion and stress since working is the main cause of exhaustion, researchers said.

Sleeping during day is necessary for man as sleeping at night isn't enough. Not only that, but it may be harmful if it continued for a long period of time, researchers said in an other research.

That's why doctors advise people to wake up at night and do some activities and not to sleep for along time as it harms the heart.

Therefore, let's contemplate the holy Verse that tells us about the miracle of sleeping at day and night. Allah says in the Quran: " And of His signs is your slumber by night and by day, and your seeking of His bounty. Lo! herein indeed are portents for folk who heed. (Al-Room Verse23).

Who taught that bird?



This is a strange phenomenon that is birds are created with a program in its brain to guide and teach it how to feed its kids …

This bird is working hard to feed its kids without any previous knowledge, so scientists confirm that these creatures are preprogrammed to perform such job to keep its kind alive and increasing.

Who taught these creatures such complicated technique? The nature or Allah Almighty the creator of nature who says in the holy verse (Our Lord is He Who gave to each thing its form and nature, then guided it aright.){SûratTâ-Hâ -verse50}.

Charity of the smile


Smiling Helps us Stay Positive because When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good …

Psychologists say that Smiling is a great way to make our body to function better and to improve our health, stress level, and our attractiveness; they say that smile can give others more than any physical matter.

Therefore, they believe that Smiling is just one fun way to live longer and they give us some consequences of smiling:

1. People are drawn to those who smile as there is an attraction factor to cheerful people.

2. Smiling Helps us Stay Positive because When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!".

3. Smiling makes us Seem Successful because smiling people appear more confident.

4. Smiling boosts our Immune System because it helps the immune system to work better.

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him urges us to smile as he says in the prophetic hadith” your smile for others is a charity”[Hadith Sahih- by Al-Albany].

Healing by fasting




And that you fast, it is better for you if only you know …

Today, physicians say that fasting is the only means which enables our bodies to get rid of all accumulated toxics safely and without any side effects. Also they assert that fasting reactivates the immunity of the body.There are hundreds of scientificresearches confirm that fasting helps in Planning and treating the disorder of man's heart,besides curing its illnesses and there are other researches confirm that fasting prevents one from arteriosclerosis and Cardiac infarction. In some western countries there are specialized medical centers that cure only by fasting.

Allah Almighty says about Fasting: (And that you fast, it is better for you if only you know){Sûrat Al-Baqarah -The Cow -verse164}

End of universe




How do you worship besides Allah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? …

Above is an imaginary photo for the sun when Allah Almighty wound it round and when it lost its light.Recent scientists confirm that one day all of the previous will happen so that life on earth will be terminated. Allah Almighty says about what will happen in day of resurrection: (When the sun Kuwwirat (wound round and lost its light and is overthrown).){Sûrat At-Takwîr -Wound Round and Lost its Light –verse 1}

The question is, who told prophet Mohamed peace be upon him this scientific fact at the time when no one even thought about future of the sun?

Allah Almighty is the doer who says about Himself: (Say (O Muhammad to mankind): "How do you worship besides Allah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allah Who is the All-Hearer, All-Knower."){Sûrat Al-Mâ’idah-The Table spread with Food -verse76}.
