and full it with a direct point of good thinking

third: live simple

and try to give more than to take

fourth: expect less

and be happy with this less to see it more special

fifth : give more

and try to forget all what you gave to others

sixth: always simle

even your heart is cring
or your tears stoned in your eyes

(seventh: know sweet loyal brother & sisters like u in allah in(ashefaa

and try to keep this feeling in its good manner
its simple to have , but it more difficult to keep
