i think that humans must take into account allah's rights in the religious and pray day and night trying to be invited to offs ..
As for the errors mundane life there is a possible solution for every mistake and give correction in the form of a final better than we have planned for the end,

God is our protector --

note: not always the doctors' mistakes become an operation....it may lead to end of life

(god forgive us for our whole mistahes)

Asking forgiveness from the creator, is the best means to obtain happiness in both, present life and the future one.

As for doctors mistakes , we may look into the issue from a legal base, asking patients to sign a paper that protects the sergeon against legal issues in case he failed or if the patient simply... died

The issue is not to sign the decision to release the patient's physician responsibility ... But ALLAH observe wether the physician provided assistance in the hand but missed carelessley, but of course not accountable to God to punish him whether it was a mistake from the outside its *******

Two days ago there was an article in the newspaper, talking about a patient who had medical cotton left inside him for 11 years


Of course, the patient is considered to be very lucky, since such mistake could have made him dead by now
