Psychologists have proven that suspecting others is a bad habit that causes many psychological disorders. Allah, the almighty, therefore, commands us to avoid suspicion; Allah says:

O ye who believe!

Avoid suspicion as much

(As possible): for suspicion

In some cases is a sin:

And spy not on each other,

Nor speak ill of each other

Behind their backs. Would any

Of you like to eat

The flesh of his dead

Brother? Nay, ye would

Abhor it… But fear God:

For God is Oft-Returning,

Most Merciful. Hujurat or the Inner Apartments: 12

Contemplate with me how Allah, the great commands us to avoid suspicion as much as possible and not just to avoid little suspicion because merely little suspicion could cause many problems. This shows how Islam pays extra attention to help us avoid the smallest problem ever.
