استفسار : وجود عقد او اورام ليفية و تضخم في الرحم

انا فتاة ابلغ من العمر 32 عام انسه ولم يسبق لى الزواج عندى ورم ليفى 14 فى 10 كل الى مسببه لى كبر البطن شوية وعدم انتظام الدورة الشهرية ولكن انقطعت تمام من شهرين وانا خايفة اعمل العملية انا اصيبت من قب فى حادث بكسر فى الحوض

اريد حل بعيد عن استاصال الرحم لانى اتمنى ان اتزوج ولا احرم من الطفال

Examinatio:U/Sexamination of the pelvis.
the urinary bladder:
-normal wall thickness of the urinary bladder . no mural or intra-luminal lesion noted.

-Large intra peritoneal pelvi abdominal tumefied solid mass lesion is seen at the supra pubic region averaging about 14.5*10cm in maximal dimensions with multiple areas of breaking down and cystic degeneration..........???
Parasitic fibroid............??Right broad ligament fibroid..............for further CT evaluation.

-The uterus:
The uterus is of average size measurin about 8*4.5*3.5 cm in maximal cephalo-caudal,
side to side, and antero-posterior dimensions, which showed normal anteverted, flexed
position, normal endometrial stripe echogenicity and thickness measuring about 8 mm,
normal myomtrial thickness.

Evidence of small parasitic fibroid is seen erlated tothe uteringe fundus averaging about 2.5 cm in diameter with line of cleavage is seen.
- Ovaries:
Normal size and echo pattern of both ovaries, no masses nor abnormal cysts.
- Adnexa:
No adnexal masses seen.
-Pelvic fluid:
Mild to moderate amount of free pelvic collection is seen mainly at the anterior Cul de sac ..............." anterior utero-vesical pouch" .
