Hidden cause of our ailments

Assalamu alaikum to all brothers and sisters in Islam. I do not underestimate the importance of the correct understanding of Islam and its Tenets this is the core to all our deeds being accepted and seeking the way to Allahs Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala pleasure
However there is a subtle hidden aspect many are not aware of and also as to its effect uponthe individual and society as a whole
We all learn the Quls by heart and recite the surah Alfalaq and Alnass often but do we really understand their relavance and importance
Many new Muslims and some born Muslims do not really believe that such things as Black magic or the evil eye or Hasad effect our daily lives, MaSha Allah some people do not seem to suffer from these things, but many do and do not realise it. Allah S.W.A and the prophet took them seriously and gave protection and told us to protect ourselves. This forum has help for people who may not even know they have these problems and suffer in silence from things that have a fancy medical name such as mental illness, compulsive disorders, split personality , anxiety etc.Even physical disorders like diabetes, cancer,asthma and so on are results of these 'spiritual afflictions' and so long as Shaytan is our enemy we will we victim to his onslaught.
