قبل أسبوعين لاحظت والدتي علي انتفاخ بالرقبه بالجز الايسر
وذهب لأجراء الفحوصات الدم TSH,FT3,FT4
وظهرة النتيجه بأنها Normal

ومن بعدها عملت اشعه تلفزيونيه
وظهرت نتائجها كتالي
The thyroid gland shows enlargement
nodule of size 9 x 6 mm in the RT lob f thyroid
nodule of size 31x 21 mm in the LT lob of thyroid

المهم انا رحت لدكتورين واحد قالي هذا ورم حميد ولا داعي للقلق فقط راجعي بين فتره وفتره لمراقبة انتفاخ الغدد

والدكتور الثاني قال لي اعملي اشعه نوويه اسمها بالانجليزي
99m technetium pertechnetate thyroid scan
اعطاني قبلها بعشرين دقيقه ابره وبعدين عملي الاشاعه وهذي نتيجة الاشاعه
right lobe masures 5.7x2.0 cms and left lobe measurs 5.5x2.5 cms in size aproximately .large sized cold are see involving upper half of the left lobe.rest of thegand sows relatively patchy and decreased tracer uptakes

Quanttative date
thrioid uptake 0.1% (0.4% to 3.0

comments :thestudy sugest
large size cold nodule involvingupper half of left lbe of thyroid gland
the low uptakes in presence of normal throid function tet could be due to excessive body iodinepool ETC.
ADVISED - CYTOLOGY

المهم يا دكتور الحين الدكتور الثاني كلامه غير مطمن وطلب مني اجراء خزعه من الرقبه مكان الانتفاخ وقال لي اذا طلع الورم حميد اولا فالحل الوحيد هو الجراحه
