salamoalikom sister kariman am from jordan and I T think that you dont speack arabic realy well, so i'll give you the ricipies in english and enshalla god reward me for this and your husband will make do3a'a for me
hahahahah...any way i'll start with the first recipy which is called(mansaf)


ingrediance:
dry yougurt in arabic its called JAMEED but you can use thick yougurt insted

rice

lamp meet

herbs

pine nuts

some parsly
an egg
First you need to cock the meet by using a deep cocking pan put warm water on top ,when its boiling add some onion to remove the bad tast of the meet ,take off the white layer that you see on top after boiling and leave them on mediom heat untill its cooked ,usually it takes about an hour to be cooked.

put boild water on top of the rice in a bowl and add this yello herbs to make it yellow and leave them away.

fry the pine nuts using vegtable oil untill they light brown and put them away

When the meet is cooked enuf turn the heat off , in the blender add two cups off the meet stock then add a cup of yougurt and the egg,blend them for about 40 seconds

put the mixture in a cooking pan under a high heat and keep staring untill its boiling,when its boiling add some salt and the meet ,let boil under a mediom heat for about ten minuts then turn it off.

finally you cook the rice...you wash the rice from the yellow water and you will see that the rice is yellow..in a deep fry pan add some vegtable oil and the rice, keep staring and then add hot water on top with some salt when its boiling turn the heat down untill its cooked.

put the rice in flat plate ,put the meet on top add the pine nuts on top and the parsly..the yogurt soup need to be in a different plate next to the rice.
