In a recent scientific research it was proven & shown that visiting a patient enhances the immune system of the visitor because the human immune system is so sensitive towards what it feels or believes. And visiting a sick person & checking on him strengthens this system. And this is why The Prophet (PBUH) ordered us to visit the patients & check on them. It was narrated that The Prophet (PBUH) said: “A Muslim has five rights on his Muslim Brother & HE (PBUH) mentioned visiting the patient. Narrated by Al-Bukhari & Muslim.
