انا متزوجه منذ سبع سنين ولم انجب بعد..منذ اول البلوغ وانا العاده الشهريه غير منتظمه...تتاخر كثيرا..وزوجي سليم والحمدلله...انا الان اذهب الى دكتوري الخاص واتعالج..وقد شخص حالتي بانني اعاني من مرض اسمه يالانجليزي(poliysistic ovary) ولا اعرف ما هو بالعربيه...اريد ان اكتب بالانجليزيه لانه من الصعب علي الكتابه بالعربيه...
any way the DR has adviced me to do somthing called OI which is giving me injectins called peragon untill i make a mature egg then they take my husbend's semen and do the insemination
ive done this twice but it wasnt succesful
then ive decided to strat doing IVF. the prblem is now that first they gave me 200units from peragon and i over estemulated and they had to cancell it becuase i made nearly 38eggs and most of them were small.
the second time they decided to give me 150 units and it was the same i over estemulated and i made a good number but most of them were small so its been cancelled again.
now they gave me 125units and when ive done the ultrasound i had some eggs but they where small so the dr decided to increase the dose to 137 units to avoid over estimulation and within two days am going for my ultasound but my own feeling tells me that the eggs didnt grow much even they gave me another injections to take and its name is pregnal to mature the eggs
what i want to know is your opinion as a DR am i using the right steps ar do you have a different opinon? and how can you advice me? please answer me as soon as you can and may allah reward you all the best
