Sister Umm Saif Allah al-Ansariyah (Filiz Gelowicz) to be Released Early!!!

أخت أم سيف الله آل الأنصارية (فيليز Gelowicz) سيصدر في وقت مبكر!

Praise is to Allah Who by His Blessing all good things are perfected, Allah is the Greatest!!!

الحمد لله الذي هو من بركته واتقن كل شيء جيد، الله أكبر!

We are pleased to convey the good news of the early release of our Sister Umm Saif Allah al-Ansariyah from the prisons of the oppressors, and we testify that there is no Power or Might except Allah and He is soley to thank and the cause of her release. By we ask Him to reward all of those who continued to make du’a for our sister and worked towards securing her freedom in accordance with the obligations of Rasul Allah ﷺ who said:

ويسرنا أن ينقل الخبر السار من الافراج المبكر عن الشقيقة الله سيف أم الأنصارية من سجون الظالمين، ونشهد أن لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله أو ربما، وهو أن أشكر سولي، وقضية اطلاق سراحها. بواسطة نسأله لمكافأة كل من أولئك الذين واصلوا الدعاء لأختنا وعملت من أجل تأمين حريتها وفقا لالتزامات رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:

‘Feed the hungry, visit the sick and free the prisoner!’

يقصدون مما حث عليه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

It has been announced that Sister Umm Saif Allah al-Ansariyah (Filiz Gelowicz) will be released early on 25 April, Wednesday of next week from her imprisonment. Sister Filiz was initially sentenced in March 2011 for a term of two years and six months imprisonment. According to the radio wave information service SWR the Berlin Court of Appeal decided that the remaining sentence is to be suspended. The reason stated by the Court for the early release, among ‘other things’ was the exemplary behavior and good conduct of the Sister while she has been in custody. Although scheduled to be released before her initial sentence she will still face restrictions while on probation for a period of three years. Her current lawyer, defense lawyer of the Bonn Günal Mutlu said, SWR, “Mrs. Gelowicz would now lead a normal life, find work and take care of her husband.”

وقد أعلن أنه سيتم الافراج عنهم الأخت أم سيف الله آل الأنصارية (فيليز Gelowicz) في وقت مبكر في 25 نيسان، يوم الأربعاء من الأسبوع المقبل من سجنها. وحكم في البداية أخت فيليز مارس 2011 لمدة سنتين والسجن ستة أشهر. وفقا لراديو موجة معلومات خدمة SWR قررت محكمة الاستئناف في برلين أن الجملة المتبقية إلى تعليق. وكان السبب المعلن من قبل المحكمة للإفراج المبكر، وبين "الأشياء الأخرى" السلوك المثالي، وحسن السيرة والسلوك من الأخت في حين انها كانت في عهدة. وعلى الرغم من المقرر ان يفرج عنها قبل الحكم الصادر ضدها الأولي وقالت انها لا تزال تواجه قيودا في حين وضعه تحت المراقبة لمدة ثلاث سنوات. محاميها الحالي، محامي الدفاع عن موتلو Günal قال بون، الفرعية، والسيدة "سوف يؤدي Gelowicz الآن حياة طبيعية، والعثور على عمل ورعاية زوجها. "
