The most important condition of the prayer being response is to hasten in good works and reverence, would you do it my brother believer in your life? Do you know what is the prayer of healing incurable diseases? It is the prayer of prophet Ayoub peace be upon him. One who prays this supplication and repeats it a lot, Allah will heal him, and this prayer is " Truly distress has seized me, but You are the Most Merciful of those that are merciful." Because Allah has responded to Ayoub after a long illness, Allah says " So We listened to him: We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his people to him, and doubled their number- as a Grace from ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who serve Us." So today we are in urgent need of this prayer, because Allah (SWT) is the only one who can protect us from the evil of diseases, It is over all things! How to pray to Allah (SWT)? Allah says about his prophets " They used to call on Us with love and reverence." (Love), including the desire of Allah than of delight, and (Reverence) is the fear from the torment of Allah. That's why our supplication should be directed prayed to Allah with a strong desire and a great fear .Here, I ask you Dear Believer: When you call Allah, do you notice that your heart go to Allah and you are eager to please him, whatever the results are?. Or is your heart heading into your requested need?! This is the secret of the secrets of response to prayer. When we call Allah and ask him to do anything, Do we remember that Allah is able to response to our prayers and it is not incapable of anything on earth or in heaven? , do we remember when asking Allah for a thing that Allah is greater than such thing? Or do we focus all our attention in the thing that we want and we hope from Allah? Therefore, the most important secret of prayer is to remember Allah in every moment! Among the most important condition for responsive prayer is to be obedient to Allah and humble him during your supplication. And reverence is the fear, as Allah says of the prophets " And humble themselves before Us." This is an important secret of the secrets of prayer response. The extent you are answered your call reverence to Allah ,your call will be answered. And reverence is not only to pray for, But you must ask yourself: Are you subjected to Allah in prayer? Are you afraid of Allah during the livelihood so that you don't eat haraam? Here we are aware of why the Holy Prophet the believer has to know that his food and drinks are halal in order to get response of his supplication. Have you ever think to forgive a person mistreat you? Have you ever think to be patient with one's harm for the sake of Allah. Have you thought to ask yourself what are the things that Allah loves in order to do them to be close to Allah and to be among his humble slaves? These are questions that should we make and think about them, and work to be close to Allah and that all our work , movements, thoughts and feelings for the sake of Allah. A new research held by a group of scientists at the University of Portsmouth suggested that Smiling affects how we speak, to the point that listeners can identify the type of smile based on sound alone. The research, which also suggested that some people have "smilier" voices than others, adds to the growing body of evidence that smiling and other expressions pack a strong informational punch and may even impact us on a subliminal level. "When we listen to people speaking we may be picking up on all sorts of cues, even unconsciously, which help us to interpret the speaker," said lead author of the report, Amy Drahota. Psychologists tell us that Smiling is a great way to make our body to function better and to improve our health, stress level, and our attractiveness. Hence they believe that Smiling is just one fun way to live longer and they give us some ten consequences of smiling: 1. People are drawn to those who smile as there is an attraction factor to cheerful people. 2. Smiling Changes Our Mood. 3. Smiling Is Contagious as people who are smiling is lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. 4. Smiling relieves Stress as stress can show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. 5. Smiling Boosts our Immune System because it helps the immune system to work better. Smiling Helps us Stay Positive because When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!". Another research conducted in Sweden exposed participants to images of faces while they monitored their facial muscles through electromyographs (EMGs). When exposed to happy faces, participants moved their zygomatic major muscle (used in smiling); when exposed to sad faces, participants moved their corrugator supercilii muscle (used in frowning). Participants did this even when the stimuli were hidden and rapidly presented. Participants were usually unaware that they even moved their muscles. Drs. Ursula Hess and Slyvie Blairy conducted a study where participants viewed video clips of a person expressing anger, sadness, disgust and happiness. Results showed that participants consistently mimicked each of those expressions. These studies support that when you smile at someone, their muscles maneuver into a smile as well. A well-known study conducted at the University of California, Berkeley, demonstrated the impact of smiling on life satisfaction. Researchers analyzed the yearbook pictures of 111 smiling women at age 21, fifty of which displayed authentic-Duchenne smiles. Participants expressing genuine positive emotions in their yearbook picture were more likely to be married and have higher well-being than their non-Duchenne smiling classmates. This study was replicated in Australia in 2006 and demonstrated similar results. Duchenne smiles correlated with experiencing less negative emotions and increased sense of competence. People and smile People around the world who believe in the power of the smile say that smile costs nothing, but gives much. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. Also, people believe that smile creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business, and is the countersign of friendship. It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad, and it is nature’s best antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen. Smile in Islam Allah Almighty the creator of all creatures confirm that He is Alone the One responsible for making us able to smile or cry as He says : (And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep){ Sûrat An-Najm - The Star -verse43}. Indeed, because He is the One Who created our facial muscles which enable us to laugh or cry. Also He Almighty tells us about believers at day of resurrection by saying: (But this Day (the Day of Resurrection) those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers* On (high) thrones, looking (at all things)* Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do?){ Sûrat Al-Mutaffifîn - Those Who Deal in Fraud -verse34-36}. Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him urges us to smile as he says in the prophetic hadith” your smile for others is a charity”[Hadith Sahih- by Al-Albany]. Also, experts assure that Porn doesn't just give men bad ideas; it can give kids the wrong idea at a formative age and that Pornography is affecting people at an increasingly young age," says sociologist Diana Russell, who has written several books on the subject. Recent studies show a correlation between increased aggressiveness in boys and exposure to pornography, and a link between childhood use of porn and sexually abusive behavior in adulthood. Divorce and porno Many lawyers who are consulted for divorce are viewing on of the reasons for the breakdown in the marriage as being that spouse is using internet chat rooms behind the other’s back. There are cases for women who ask for divorce because man is addicted to pornography and in some cases those men lose their jobs because of that. Porn leads to addiction The brain is the functioning turnstile that helps us decides on moral issues, prompts us to act, think, love, run, flee or fight. The brain is designed to be flexible and pliable. What we choose to watch and act on is firmly "imprinted" on our brain. When a person is exposed repeatedly to pornography the brain is stimulated and releases chemicals. This "cocktail" of chemicals builds a dependency within the brain driving feedback loops that require more and more stimulation to sustain the "high". The release of chemicals also causes the brain to shut down specific functions, rewire pathways, set expectations, and weight decision making in an improper way. Therefore, numerous respected scientists and psychiatrists have concluded that pornography is an addiction like alcohol or drug abuse. Some scientists believe it is even more addictive than heroine. Islam ordered us to lower our gazes, why? Allah Almighty asked people not to waste their valuable time and not to look at women with libido as that leads to many dangerous effects on community and people themselves. Also He Almighty ordered us to practice the sexual relations only between wives and husbands as it is the only legitimate way between man and woman. Here we find that Allah Almighty orders men not to look to forbidden things by saying: (Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.). It is currently the most common type of cancer in young women between the ages of 25 and 29. Researchers believe that sun exposure plays a significant role in the development of melanoma. According to Dr. Diane Berson, an American dermatologist says “intense sun exposure prior to age 20 may be more of a significant risk factor for skin cancer than sun exposure past the age of 20. Three or more blistering sunburns early in life, or three or more years of working out of doors, (e.g. camp counselors or lifeguards), without protection, can increase the risk of skin cancer by more than three times." Another study held from 1973 to 2004 found that the rate of new melanoma cases in younger women had jumped 50 percent since 1980, but did not increase for younger men in that period. "It's worrying," said Mark Purdue, a research fellow at the National Cancer Institute, who led the analysis published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. "What we are seeing in young adults right now could foretell a much larger number of melanoma cases in older women." he said. "One possible explanation is increases among young women of recreational sun exposure or tanning bed use," Purdue said. "Both of these things have been identified as risk factors." Statistics say that 62,000 melanoma cases are diagnosed each year in the United States, and more than 8,400 people die from the disease, according to the American Cancer Society. Previous studies have shown that the rate of new diagnoses has been increasing among adults overall. Woman’s dress in Islam According to religion of Islam woman should only display her face and palms of hands in front of foreigner men (indoor and outdoor) and more than that is prohibited. Allah Almighty tells prophet Mohamed peace be upon him to order women to do the following: (And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.), and to draw their veils all over Juyûbihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband’s fathers, or their sons, or their husband’s sons, or their brothers or their brother’s sons, or their sister’s sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islâm), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of feminine ***. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allâh to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.){ Sûrat An-Nûr - The Light -verse31}. Also prophet Mohamed peace be upon him says in the right Hadith about some indications for the imminence of day of resurrection that “there will be women who are dressed and naked at the same time, who are reeling while walking and their heads are like the top of the camel, those will not enter the heaven or even smell its smell” [narrated by Abu- horraira] Muslim women who are veiled believe that their body is valuable so it should not be as a commodity that is exposed to everyone to evaluate. Conclusion The great religion of Islam doesn’t approve any practice that may cause any harm to both men and women , therefore Allah Almighty and His prophet Mohamed peace be upon him order women to be veiled because woman’s veil definitely respects woman than exposing her parts in front of everyone. Also, Allah Almighty didn’t order women to be veiled and ordered men to do what they want but He Almighty orders men also to respect women by not to look in their parts because that is purer for them so that Allah Almighty tells the prophet to inform men to:(Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.). The researchers are trying to determine whether that risk is a result of reduced social resources, such as physical or economic assistance, or from the biological impact of social isolation on the function of the human body. “What this study shows is that the biological impact of social isolation reaches down into some of our most basic internal processes the activity of our genes.” said Steve Cole, an associate professor of medicine in the division of Hematology-Oncology at the David Geffen School of Medicine, and a member of the UCLA Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology. “We found that changes in immune cell gene expression were specifically linked to the subjective experience of social distance,” said Cole, who is also a member of the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center. “The differences we observed were independent of other known risk factors, such as health status, age, weight, and medication use. The changes were even independent of the objective size of a person’s social network.”added Cole. Another study had showed that feelings of loneliness and social isolation can affect a human brain activity as well as people's behavior. The researchers in the study have revealed over the time that loneliness leads to decreased activation of the ventral striatum. The current study is the first one that used fMRI scans to measure activity in the brain in combination with data about social isolation, or loneliness. It is a new approach to psychology that can lead scientists to a better study of brain mechanisms and understanding the science of the brain. The ventral striatum is a region of the brain associated with rewards, and is activated through primary rewards such as food and secondary rewards such as money. Social rewards and feelings of love also may stimulate the region. Dr. Noriyuki Nakanishi, from the department of social and environmental medicine at Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine in Japan, lead author of the first study, concluded that "Alcohol use represents an important modifiable risk factor for hypertension."Previous research has demonstrated some health benefits for those who drink small amounts of alcohol, but the two new studies indicate that even very low alcohol consumption can be a health risk for many -- almost one in every four people. Alcohol Affects Older Persons More The first study involved more than 5,000 Japanese male office workers, between the ages of 23 and 59, for more than four years. The subjects were grouped into four categories: those who drank fewer than 12 grams of alcohol a day; those who drank 12 grams to 22 grams per day; those who drank 23 grams to 45 grams per day; and those who drank more than 46 grams per day. One glass of wine would contain about 20 grams of alcohol.Researchers observed that as the alcohol consumption rate went up, so did blood pressure. In the 12 grams to 22 grams per day group, systolic blood pressure went up 1.4 points in those between the ages of 25 and 35, but increased 5.4 points for men between the ages of 48 and 59, indicating that drinking affects older persons more. Risk of Hypertension In the second of the two studies, researchers from Kyushu University followed more than 1,100 people over age 40 for 10 years. During that study, 101 men and 106 women developed hypertension with the risk of developing hypertension higher for both men and women who drank, even those who drank less than 23 grams daily. Glory to Allah, this nice fruit has a wonderful scene and taste, but human used it in manufacturing alcohol with its great bad effects. Islam and alcohol Allah Almighty prohibited Muslims from drinking alcohol as He Almighty says:"O you who believe! Intoxicants (all kinds of alcoholic drinks), gambling, Al-Ansab , and Al-Azlam (arrows for seeking luck or decision) are an abomination of Shaitan's (Satan) handiwork. So avoid (strictly all) that (abomination) in order that you may be successful. Shaitan (Satan) wants only to excite enmity and hatred between you with intoxicants (alcoholic drinks) and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allah and from As-Salat (the prayer). So, will you not then abstain?"(Sûrat Al-Mâ’idah-verse 90-91) And to shortcut the issue to all people who may think that a little amount of alcohol is good or is not harmful for our health, prophet Mohamed peace be upon him told us about alcoholmore than fourteen centuries ago :"What intoxicates in large amounts, a little of it is forbidden."[Narrated by Altermizi] Conclusion After all of the above we see a full identification between the holy book of Qur'an and what our prophet told us fourteen centuries ago and what recent scientists say about the danger of alcohol and that is a clear evidence that religion of Islam is a message from Allah Almighty Who says about prophet Mohamed peace be upon him: "Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. Chemical connections have been identified between molecules produced by the central nervous system and cells of the immune system. Astrocytes, a type of cell in the brain, can produce interleukin-1 (IL-1), a cytokine that affects immune reactions. Furthermore, lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell, contain receptors for many chemicals synthesized by the central nervous system. The researchers say patients are becoming very interested in therapies that coincide with mainstream medicine, such as prayer The studies also confirm that prayer may have a positive placebo effect in nourishing the function of the immune system and some clinical trials of the effects of chemotherapeutic drugs on cancers and determination of side effects show that placebo effects occur in the ******* groups of patients (i.e, those receiving no active drug). On the other hand a new study released in the American Heart Journal says prayer helps the heart when combined with mainstream medical procedures. In that study, DukeUniversityResearchers studied 150 heart disease patients who were scheduled to undergo an invasive cardiac procedure in which a device known as a "stent" is placed into a clogged artery to hold it open. The patients were divided into categories. Some received therapies such as guided imagery, stress relaxation and healing touch, while others had unknown people pray for them without the patient knowing.Twenty-five to thirty percent of those who received these therapies any of the additional therapies in combination with the cardiac procedure were found to be at a lower risk of developing adverse effects, such as heart failure and even death. And participants who received prayers fared better. Prayer for the Treatment of Premature Aging Researchers declare that people have to do more physical activities; a study conducted by some researchers from King's College, the prestigious British university, revealed that lack of physical activity might lead to premature aging. After testing a huge number of twins, the researchers found out that those who do regular physical activities looked younger than their peers who didn't do such activities. Observations have also asserted that people who do regular physical activities especially performing prayer at its earliest fixed time are less likely to show the symptoms of premature aging. A medical team had succeeded in a sophisticated operation to transplanting a whole face for a patient as his face was destroyed by a gun shot and this is the first operation in the world. The medical team said that the health of patient ”Oscar” is going better and he needs 18 months to get a stable health to start his new life. Despite the success of the operation,his face seems deformed. When we see this photo we realize that it is definitely far from the natural face, here we remember what Allah Almighty says: “and has given you shape and made your shapes good (looking)” [Sûrat Ghâfir -The Forgiving- verse 64], here we see a group of best doctors fromall over the world are meeting to perform such plastic surgery to result this face but Allah almighty gave us the best appearance while we were just an embryo in our mother’s womb. Sax refers to a few other studies that he says show that girls and boys draw differently, including one from a group of Japanese researchers who found girls’ drawings typically depict still lifes of people, pets or flowers, using 10 or more crayons, favoring warm colors like red, green, beige and brown; boys, on the other hand, draw action, using 6 or fewer colors, mostly cool hues like gray, blue, silver and black. So there was a 29-fold increased risk for pet owners. Also, prophet Mohamed peace be upon him ordered us to wash the used plate by the dog for seven times one of these times to be by dust. Here we have to remember that the prophet peace be upon him didn’t make any comment about breeding cats as he used to see one of his companions (Abo horaira) who like cats and used to breed a cat and the prophet did not comment about that act, but on the other hand he ordered people not to breed dogs in houses but they can keep it outside the house for guarding purposes. In looking for a reason, scientists found a virus common in both dogs and humans. The one they homed in on is the” mouse mammary tumour virus” (MMTV), which triggers breast cancer in mice and which has been investigated for possible links to human breast cancer. The theory is that dogs, and possibly other pets, transmit MMTV or MMTVlike viruses that can induce human breast cancer. The researchers say the theory may help to explain why women from Eastern countries are at increased risk of breast cancer when they move to Western nations? Keeve Vinton, Manger of AIDS Dept at the center, had pointed out that about 56 thousand new cases were recorded last year, which means 40% increase over previous estimations. The center stated that there is likely a possibility of recording 40 thousand new case annually, however, estimates depended on limited data and less precise means. The CDC is currently depending on new techniques that can determine the infection during five months, instead of depending on statistical models as before. The diagnosis of HIV was taking years after catching the virus. This researcher said that having 56 thousand American stricken annually will necessarily set off the alarm and recall all of us to be awake and conscious. The Chief of AIDS Medical Care Unit, Michael Weinstein, criticized the American administration saying that these numbers form bitter condemnation for how the US and CDC efforts had failed in preventing this disease. The Quran had treated this phenomenon with one direction throughout this verse: "And come not near to unlawful ***. Quran miracles do not confine to the scientific, linguistic, or numerical side… Because if we contemplate the Quran, we will see a true miracle in each verse, and this is what has occupied my thinking for years when I was observing Almighty's saying "Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour. And, out of kindness, lower to them the wing of humility, and say: "My Lord! bestow on them thy Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood."[Isra: 23-24] I was wondering: if this Quran was the speech of Mohammed (pbuh), why will he delve into such issues? And why will he recommend parents to that extent? Why did not he ask the youth to revolt against parents and fight against old ideas as witnessed in the west and led to overfill hospices with parents and elderly? Recently, scholars have started to realize the importance of caring for parents which helps the parents to be protected from diseases and raises their immune system. Friendship is "true youth elixir" for elderly as said by one scholar, and social activity keeps the safety of the brain nerves as revealed in a recent study. A recent study affirmed that success of elderly in varying their friendship and sustaining social relationships may help them in feeling they are younger than their actual ages, besides; it allows them to keep their vitality and ability to move actively. The study which was published by "Internal Medicine Documents" reported that elderly motor skills are directly related to their relationships and their daily practices which if increase; raise their positive effect on the brain. Dr. Aaron Bushman, a neurology specialist in Rush University, Chicago, USA, and who supervised the study, said that what urged them to carry this study was an observation of the retreat of motor skills and walk speed in elderly compared to what they had in their youth. And he continued, "Our study may open a new horizon for studying the link between social activities and motor skills". According to the study, a set of evidence has been identified to indicate that participating in activities stimulating thinking, social involvement and systematic practice of sports may limit the decrease in movement associated to aging. Then, the study added that those activities excrete certain proteins that can protect the nerves of the brain from rapid death, and promote the strength of the bonds among them, and this protection sustains the body ability to continue active movement as it was in the youth stage. The study, which included 906 cases of individuals whose average age was 80 years, reported that those who kept friendship relationship, ties, and social activities were able to perform a number of movements which cannot be done by most elderly, among them was walking in a straight line, standing on one leg, standing on toes and turning around. On the other hand, the study considers movement defects in elderly represent an early indicator of existence of problems related to their brain abilities. What about Islam? Please beloved dears consider what scholars have said on the importance of elderly social relationships, because they lost family ties and there are no teachings asking for caring for parents. However, Islam has not ignored that, the Prophet (pbuh) recommended caring for parents, even after they had passed away, we were ordered to honor their friends!!! While the Quran considered caring for parents as the greatest deed after worshiping Allah, let's consider this great comprehensive verse: "Serve Allah, and join not any partners with Him; and do good- to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbours who are near, neighbours who are strangers, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (ye meet), and what your right hands possess: For Allah loveth not the arrogant, the vainglorious" [An-Nisa: Women:37] It represents the climax of caring for parents, relatives, orphans, neighbors and also servants and companions! Therefore, it can be said that what scholars have discovered represents concrete evidence that Islam preceded them to that, and this bears out that it is a divine legalization, a religion of mercy, peace and love, and not a religion of backwardness as they claim! Almighty says, "O mankind! there hath come to you a direction from your Lord and a healing for the (diseases) in your hearts,- and for those who believe, a guidance and a Mercy." The study, which was declared on the 26th of May 2009 and was carried out by scholars from American and British universities, confirmed that less efficient workers may increase their productivity abilities. It is possible to increase their abilities to a percentage that may reach 10%, and make them able to work with high effectiveness when their friends are present in the work environment. The study was conducted on workers in one of the British companies specialized in growing fruits. Simultaneously, the study pointed, on the other hand, that there was a decrease in the performance of high-productive employees who were directly in touch with the less-performance employees during work. Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things)." [Al-Hujraat: The Private Appartments:13] 2. Many verses ask us to build good relations with others e.g. Almighty says, "O ye who believe! Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: And spy not on each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...But fear Allah. For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful." [Al-Hujraat: The Private Appartments: 12] 3. The believer is a brother of a believer: This is a great Prophet's saying; The Prophet (pbuh) considered that relationships between believers should be brotherhood relationships, and this is the highest in good relations. Almighty says, “The Believers are but a single Brotherhood…" [Al-Hujraat: The Private Appartments:10] 4. Allah has ordered us kindness, and that is the finest in human relations, to be kind to others, forgive who did injustice, let go of an insulter unpunished, Almighty says, "…but do good; for Allah loveth those who do good." [Al-Baqara: The Cow:195] 5. Allah has ordered us to forgive and pardon others, Almighty says, "let them forgive and overlook, do you not wish that Allah should forgive you? For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."[AN-Noor: The Light: 22] and also has ordered us to cooperate for beneficence and piety… 6. The Prophet (pbuh) has been an example of good relations. He did not get angry unless one of Allah's sanctities is violated, he did not insult, hit, or show arrogance, and he was helping others, besides, he was saying, " who relieves a Muslim from the plight of distress, Allah relieves him from one of the plights of distress of The Day of Resurrection," 7. In a great saying of the Prophet(pbuh), he considered good manners, the heaviest in the balance of man on The Day of Judgment and he said, " The nearest place to me on The Day of Judgment is the one with the best ethics" 8. Please consider with me those teachings that aim at building the best and finest kinds of human relations inside and outside the workplace. Importance of Positive Behavior in the Believer

The researchers added that individuals who see life with hope; appearance of aging signs decreases in comparison to pessimistic people. Researchers said that the study results reported in Psychology and Aging Magazine pointed that psychological factors in addition to genes and physical health play together a role in determining how quickly one reaches old age. The research team in Texas University conducted a study on 1558 of elderly to see if there is a relationship between positive feelings and the start of weakness stage. All volunteers in the study were in good health at the beginning of the study, seven years ago. Researchers measured development of aging signs in the participants through measuring their weight loss, effort, and walk speed and grip strength. Researchers concluded that participants with positive attitude towards life were less exposed to weakness signs than others. They noted that there is a need to conduct more studies to highlight this relation. Researchers predicted that positive feelings may affect health directly by changing the chemical balance in the body. Maybe, the reason for this relation was the optimistic orientation which helps in promoting human health through giving preponderance to the success of those individuals in life. Herein, I would like to recall Almighty saying, "Say: "In the bounty of Allah. And in His Mercy,- in that let them rejoice": that is better than the (wealth) they hoard." [Yunus: Jonah: 58] This verse tells us that a believer rejoices Almighty's clemency; this delight is a kind of positive behavior and a kind of optimism that provides the believer happiness and longevity and increases his body immunity against diseases. Dr. Glen Austere, head of the research team, said, "I think there is a connection between brain and body where our ideas, behaviors and feelings affect in general body functions and health, through direct means e.g. immunity system functions, or through indirect ones e.g. social support networks. Another study published in the same magazine pointed that the mindset may affect physical performance. In this study, researchers in North Carolina requested 153 individuals from different ages to have a test on memory after hearing positive and negative words. Negative expressions included disturbance, dementia, senility, while positive expressions included accomplishments, activeness, and distinction. The results had revealed that memory performance in adult participants was weak after they were exposed to negative expressions. On the hand, there was a big difference in memory performance between youth and adults who were exposed to positive expressions. Researchers said that their study indicates that if elderly were treated as active members in the society, they will be that. Thomas Heath, head of research team, said, "There may be social reasons that have strong effect on adult memory performance." Herein, we recall a wonderful Prophet's saying full of positive teachings, the Prophet says. "A strong believer is better and is loved by Allah than a weak believer and there is goodness in each". This instigates the believer to be strong not only in his body but also in his faith, culture, ethics and patience. Patience is a great positive behavior, its importance was not known to scholars until recently, but Allah Almighty made the reward for patience entrance of paradise without measure, Consider with me this fantastic divine promise "…those who patiently persevere will truly receive a reward without measure!" [Az-Zumar: The Troops: 10] Also, the Quran tells us that a believer never grieves because sadness is a negative behavior and if we consider the meaning 'grieve' in the Quran, we will always find it preceded by the word 'not', what means that a believer does not mourn. Consider with me this Prophet's words said in a very difficult situation in the cave, Almighty says, "and he said to his companion, "Have no fear, for Allah is with us" [At-Tawba: Repentance: 40] See how the Prophet taught Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) not to be sad, what a fantastic speech that cannot be except from a true prophet who knows he is the messenger of this universe Creator? Optimism for increasing life A team of researchers has found evidence that proves the pros of optimism on an individual's life. This team of psychologists concluded that individuals with optimistic attitude towards getting old live more than their peers who surrender to anxiety. Now, consider with me this verse, Almighty says, "So lose not heart, nor fall into despair: For ye must gain mastery if ye are true in Faith." [Al'Imran: The House of 'Imran: 139] It is a verse that urges a believer to behave positively and not grieve or weaken. Scholars say that feeling weakness deteriorates man’s immune system, besides, one's feeling of permanent grief causes him varieties of psychological unrest. A study done by a team from Yale University, Connecticut State, USA, reported that individuals who are utterly scared of aging, old age signs appear on them faster. Researchers of this study which was published in Personality and Social Psychology Magazine added that those who welcome aging live even more than those who try to quit smoking or practice aerobics. A believer does not fear aging, but he loves meeting with Allah in the Hereafter, therefore Almighty says, " For those whose hopes are in the meeting with Allah (in the Hereafter, let them strive); for the term (appointed) by Allah is surely coming and He hears and knows (all things)." [Al-'Ankbut: The Spider:5]. A believer is happy at death, and does not fear or grieve, Almighty says, "In the case of those who say, "Our Lord is Allah., and, further, stand straight and steadfast, the angels descend on them (from time to time): "Fear ye not!" (they suggest), "Nor grieve! but receive the Glad Tidings of the Garden (of Bliss), the which ye were promised!" [Fussilat: Signs: 30]. Consider how many positive messages are included in these verses for a believer to make his life glad and happy and not to grieve or fear. Thus, these verses cure anxiety where psychology has failed to do so! It was clear to American researchers that people who are not scared of old age, live seven and half years more than those who spend their time regretting past days. The team led by Dr. Rebecca Levy thinks dealing negatively with the aging process has a direct effect on clinging to life. Scholars said that the pros of acceptance of aging law are greater than the processes with physiological nature e.g. ******* of high blood pressure and cholesterol which is believed to elongate life for the highest of four extra years. This means that the psychological factor is more important than the physiological, in other words, positive teachings that a human receives and practices have bigger effect on one's happiness and longevity more than the effect of medicine and medical care! So, the Quran is full of positive teachings which this study cannot handle all, but for example, let's consider Almighty saying, "Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah. for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Az-Zumar: The Troops: 53] A verse rich of mercy, full of optimism and not despair, and this reminds me of the story of Jacob when he lost his two sons: Josef and his brother, he had not felt despair of Allah's mercy, see how he addressed his sons: "O my sons! go ye and enquire about Joseph and his brother, and never give up hope of Allah's Soothing Mercy: truly no one despairs of Allah's Soothing Mercy, except those who have no faith."[Yusif: Josef: 87] See how the Quran considered despair as no faith!! Why? To send us a strong message that despair of Allah's Mercy is forbidden in Islam, and this is what earlier Muslims had practiced gave them the force that took them to all corners of the universe. As, the effect of positive dealing with aging is more obvious than other factors such as keeping light weight, quitting smoking and practicing aerobics- factors believed to add at the highest three years to one's life. Researchers based their conclusions on a study conducted on 660 volunteers, age range was from fifty years plus, death rates of those studied were compared to their answers to a questionnaire given before 32 years. Respondents were asked their consent or disagreement to expressions such as "As you become old, you become useless". Dr. Levy's team says that true clinging to life explains partially the relation between positive thinking and longevity. However, those researchers indicate that this is not the only cause for that; they think stress plays another role in affecting heart. A previous study had showed that hearts and arteries of pessimists of getting old do not respond efficiently to stress and pressure. The researchers say that it is probable that one's saturation of society negative attitudes towards aging may have an effect on/in him without his knowledge of that. Researchers attest that their study bear two messages, the first is depressing and it says that negative attitude towards oneself decreases living probabilities, and the other is encouraging, it includes that positive attitude may assist in elongating one's life. Simultaneously, researchers brought attention to the Western societies’ non-positive attitude towards elderly which may exacerbate problems. We can conclude from these studies that: 1. Optimism increases body defense against diseases and gives man happiness in life, and this is a wonderful prophetical attitude, for Aysha (may Allah be pleased with her) when she was asked about the Prophet's ethics, she said that his ethics was the Quran, he had followed the Quran completely and thus, he got true happiness. We must follow him in our behavior so that the Quran will be our ethics. As an example, there is a marvelous divine formula for dealing with difficulties and daily problems, where psychology fails to give satisfaction of reality, the Quran does, Almighty says, "But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you" [Al-Baqara: The Cow:216]. If we carry out this verse, all our problems, worries and anxiety and fear they cause will vanish, because a believer is satisfied with Allah's judgment even if it appears to be evil and bad, nevertheless, good may follow later, then, the believer waits for this good, thus, he practices the required optimism and refrains from sadness. This is an effective cure to anxiety. 2. Positive thinking is more important and effective in curing diseases than medical treatment! Physicians failed to give hope or happiness to a dying man, but the Quran teachings give this happiness whatever circumstances are. Recall with me when the Prophet was dying, what did he do? Did he mourn? Was he desperate? Was he anxious, depressed or scared? Never. His daughter Fatima said, "O' Calamity" and he answered, "No calamity on your father hereafter"!! See this optimism, the Prophet at the dying moment was happy and cheerful to meet with Allah, what about us, do we copy this Merciful Messenger? 3. Dealing with reality with self satisfaction and contentment make man happier and the man who complains and not be satisfied with his share of livelihood is more miserable and his immune system is weak. This explains why thinking of diseases, fear, grief and negative thinking, all increase the probability of having chronic diseases! The Prophet was the most optimistic of Allah's Mercy, he was urging us to be optimistic and satisfied and he was saying, "I agree that Allah be my God, Islam be my religion and the Quran be my Imam (guide)" whoever says that deserves that Allah makes him satisfied on the Day of Resurrection! All of the above can be summarized in one great verse which addressed our Prophet, to teach us how to behave positively in our lives, Almighty says, "And do thou be patient, for thy patience is but from Allah. nor grieve over them: and distress not thyself because of their plots." [An-Nahl: The Bee: 127]. Patience, non-mourning, non-complaining and non-resentment, all this has a price but what is it? The answer is in the following verse: "For Allah is with those who restrain themselves, and those who do good". It was in Allah's Book before fourteen centuries Almighty's saying, "And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect." [Ar-Rum: The Roman: 21] It is a great verse that we discover its secrets day after a day. One who considers this verse, realizes the importance of sympathetic, mercy and love between spouses, and also discovers that Allah has given us a way for success, healing and happiness in our marital life, that is we take the way of love and mercy. But, unfortunately, we deviated greatly from that course, and thus problems stemmed, especially the divorce phenomenon which spread like fire in hay. There are domestic violence, family disintegration and millions of husbands who do not enjoy happiness with their wives, why? The answer is included in the above verse, and Allah summarized it into two words: (love and mercy). As long as there are love, sympathetic and compassion between the spouses, life will be happy and quiet. By disappearance of these two "indicators" from the house, happiness vanishes and life becomes unbearable hell. However, the new discovery which was revealed by scientific studies was that family quarrel is an obvious reason for weak immunity, and the implications of this quarrel are not only reflected on psychological comfort but they lead to fragile immunity in individuals who are suffering from it. This has been confirmed recently by experts from United States in studies and experiments they had done. (According to Germany News Agency) Their Homepage reported that: A group of American experts have reached a conclusion that man immunity is negatively affected in case of the outbreak of family disputes. This is the result of a study conducted on 42 families that experienced martial disputes. Simultaneously, researchers supported that family quarrel and no accord between spouses lead mostly to family health deterioration. This applies especially to individuals who are suffering from disease symptoms. Some Swedish researchers validated that family disputes lead in most occasions to doubling heart attacks in those who are already suffering from heart diseases. Also, studies pointed that work stress does not lead to complications that family quarrel leads to. A photo of neurons in a human brain and which store programs needed to give orders to the immune system to perform its duties. Experts do not know till now how stress affects body immune system for individuals who are suffering from family problems. But, it is expected that the abnormal movement of the neurons play an important role in weakening the immune system. Immunity has a connection in healing the human damaged vascular tissues. Researchers corroborated that disappearance of mercy between spouses is the main cause of disease infection especially chronic diseases. Dr. Janice Kiecolt-Glaser and her colleagues from the Internal Surgery & Psychology Division in Columbus University, Ohio carried tests on wounds healing in spouses who are experiencing family disputes. In this regard, physicians put measuring devices under the armpit of the study participant. A nurse took blood samples before the wound and after. Experts were asking subjects certain questions, besides, conducting certain psychological tests. In addition, they asked the spouses to discuss certain topics. Results of these tests showed how the spouses dealt with each other, besides, evaluating marital relation based on these results. The results showed that more than one third of the spouses who were subjected to tests lived in a hostility environment. In addition, these subjects expressed their anger by uttering profanity during discussion of certain topics and made movements unusual in the daily life of spouses accompanied with weird charges. Subjects did not listen to each other during quarrels. The study verified that wound healing period in spouses who quarrel is more than in spouses who lead a happy and joyful life. Study Results: We, as Muslims, Allah has blessed us with the grace of faith. We are glad that Allah Almighty advised us to take care of women and the Prophet (pbuh), Almighty says, "live with them on a footing of kindness and equity. If ye take a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and Allah brings about through it a great deal of good." [An-Nisa: The Women: 19] The Prophet says, "Urge you to treat women well" This is the greatness of Islam. It has brought us benefit, good and healing. If we look into the statements of psychologists and the studies of Neuro Linguistic Programming, we will find their advices to spouses. The most important of them is if you were complaining from marital problems at home, try to convince yourself that your wife is perfect and look for beautiful things in her and things that attract you to her, and remember that any woman has many beautiful things, nonetheless, you have to look for and see the bright side and then the dark side disappears! Dears, these advices were reported by psychologists specialized in handling marital problems. There are thousands of books written on the topic, but the Quran summarized all that in one line. Let us consider and delve into these wonderful divine words. Power of Influencing Others and Gaining their Confidence

I have been looking in books of psychology and psychoanalysis for the effective ways to influence others positively. Who is not of us who does not deal with others and wish to leave a good effect on them? And who of us who does not wish to gain the trust of those around him and give a positive impression of his character? But what is the way to achieve that? My brothers in Allah! I have found several techniques that man can use in his daily life and during his dealings with community. He will influence others positively and gain not only their confidence but their love. These techniques were introduced by Dale Carnegie, the most famous American writer and who was considered to be the best writer of the past century. He introduced these techniques as a result of tests conducted for more than thirty years. What drew my attention was that what the writer introduced was exactly what the Quran had introduced!! He says in his book "How to Win Friends and Influence People": The First Way: Avoid Arguments The best way to win others and influence them is to avoid arguments! Try to shorten talk to the minimal possible, because arguments weaken trust and thus the power of your influence on others wanes. This way was introduced by the Quran since fourteen centuries in Almighty's saying, "Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance."[An-Nahl: The Bee:125]. Here, the Quran has not forbidden us from debating, but he ordered us good argument since avoiding arguing is not practically possible. There are individuals who you cannot gain their confidence unless you debate with them. Herein, I wonder of those skeptics of the Apostle's message. If their views of The Prophet of Mercy were true, why would he command us to argue in a good manner? Why we were ordered good preachment. The only explanation for the existence of these teachings in the Quran was because it is the Book of Allah Almighty. The Second Way: Avoid the Anger and Emotion The American writers said that your way to handle problems should be based on kindness, softness and wisdom. Try to detach from emotions, anger and tension, because emotion leaves negative effect on others and sends them a wrong idea about your character. Here, we remember again the advice of the Great Prophet (pbuh) to the Arab individual and which he repeated so many times: (Do not get angry… Do not get angry… Do not get angry…) and we remember Almighty's saying, "who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for Allah loves those who do good" [Al 'Imran: The Family of 'Imran: 134]. Subhaan Allah! Consider with me the Quranic way in shaping the believer's character, forgiving people, managing anger, not rushing or being emotion, all those give positive effect and leave good impression in the hearts and minds of those around you. The Third Way: A Good Word is More Effective A good word is the most important way that psychologists advise in influencing others. It is unnecessary to tell someone he is wrong if he makes a mistake in front of you. Call attention to his mistakes indirectly by choosing good words to express yourself, and this way will leave a wonderful effect among those who are around you. Here, we come back to Almighty's Book when He says, "speak fair to the people" [Al-Baqara: The Cow: 83]. Almighty says, "Seest thou not how Allah sets forth a parable? - A goodly word like a goodly tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and its branches (reach) to the heavens,- of its Lord. So Allah sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition. It brings forth its fruit at all times, by the leave of its Lord. So Allah sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition." [Ibrahim: Abraham: 24-25] Dear reader, try to choose the best words to address others, and be a good listener. Do not talk much, but try to listen because this will lessen your mistakes and present you in good shape in front of others, nevertheless, man likes to be listened to. Almighty says, "O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and (always) say a word directed to the Right: . That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest achievement." [Al-Ahzab: the Clan: 70-71]. These verses bear out that a believer has to put words in the right situation. By doing so, Allah will fix his deeds and this way will be the reason for success in this World and the Hereafter. The Fourth Way: Do not Stick to your Mistake Psychologists and Carnegie among them confirmed that admitting being wrong is a merit that raises you in the eyes of people. Do not try to prove the correctness of your view and you know you are mistaken, but try to be soft in your discussion and admit mistakes. This way will give others an impression that you are genuine and thus increases their confidence in you and your influence on them. The Prophet (pbuh) stated this technique in his saying, (All Adam's sons are erroneous, but the best of those erroneous are the repentants) That is to say that the best work to do is to admit mistakes in front of Allah Almighty, repent to Him, and apologize about what you have done wrong to those you had hurt. The Fifth Way: Honesty is the Shortest Way to Win Others' Confidence We see the Western World provides genuine treatment, not only because their religion commands them to do so, in addition to that most of them do not have a religion, but because they found that honesty is the base of success in life. Therefore, psychologists vindicated that the shortest way to win others and influence them is honesty in what you say and what you do. Here, we remember The Right Almighty says, "O ye who believe! Why say ye that which ye do not? Grievously odious is it in the sight of Allah that ye say that which ye do not. "[As-Saff: The Ranks: 2-3]. And He says, "O ye who believe! Fear Allah and be with those who are true (in word and deed)." [Al-Tawba: Repentance: 119] There is a great verse that I found a strange power in it to cure the lying phenomenon which spread these days with light speed. This verse addresses us and says, "it were best for them if they were true to Allah." [Mohammed: Muhammad: 21] If everyone kept these divine words and recalled them at the time he encounters a situation where he may tell a lie, these words would be the best remedy for lying, and a reason for keeping us away from lying and this is what will help us to win others' respect, their confidence and our influence on them. The Sixth Way: Refrain from Using the Word "No" Try as possible as you can to keep away from it because it is a negative word! Instead of saying to someone why he did that or do not do so, change this statement with a positive expression e.g. what about doing so!! Or do not you think this is better to do? This way was discovered by Neuro Linguistic Programming experts in people who are successful, wealthy and famous. They found that their way in dealing with others is based on advice and not faulting others, defaming and reprimanding them. Here, I do not find a better example than the one the Greatest Prophet offered when he was served by Anis Bin Malik for ten years. He did not hear from the Apostle (pbuh) the statement (why you did so) and did not hear a reprimanding expression or any negative expression, but the Prophet of Mercy (pbuh) used positive statements in dealing with others, and this is what we should do. The Seventh Way: Arrogance is the Worst Attribute Man can Have Psychologists consider arrogance as a thick barrier that detaches you from the love and respect of others, and thus you influence them negatively. There are several studies that confirm the importance of modesty in winning others' confidence, and keeping away from greed, envy and other reprehensible characteristics. The Prophet (pbuh) preceded psychologists in giving us the most wonderful formula for winning love of others when he said: (Renounce what people have, they will like you). Consider these words of The Prophet and which if we use; we will solve most of the age problems. Allah forbid arrogance strongly, Almighty says, "verily He loveth not the arrogant." [An-Nahl: The Bee: 23] Who humbles himself to Allah, Allah Almighty will raise him. This technique in dealing with others leads to gain their confidence, because Allah has created man on a natural inclination for philanthropy, modesty and honesty. Therefore, following these techniques in dealing with others as if you are addressing their depths, and their nature and thus you positively influence them and this what we all aspire to. I conclude this article with an idea I arrived at after years. This idea is that all the true and certain facts which psychologists has discovered, the Quran has told about before fourteen centuries!! Our role as believers who claim to love the Quran is to originate this science to its Quranic origins, and we aspire to be in the best grade in front of Allah. The way to that, we follow The Prophet of Mercy in his practices and his way of handling problems and his way of dealing with the community. We ask Allah Almighty to let us be part of those He said about, "They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance." Effect of Kind Words

A good word may be a reason for healing someone or pleasing another. A bad word may be a reason in hurting others more than hitting! What made me write this article is a study conducted by American researchers on the influence of a bad word, but before we introduce the results of this study which was published in the Psychology Sciences newspaper, I would like to share with you a precious verse on the influence of a word. Almighty says, "Seest thou not how Allah sets forth a parable? - A goodly word like a goodly tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and its branches (reach) to the heavens,- of its Lord. So Allah sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition. * It brings forth its fruit at all times, by the leave of its Lord. So Allah sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition. * And the parable of an evil Word is that of an evil tree: It is torn up by the root from the surface of the earth: it has no stability."[Ibrahim: Abraham: 24-26] The Greatest Prophet substantiated this meaning when he said a man utters irresponsibly a word which makes him enter Paradise, and that a man says irresponsibly a word which throws him in Hell for seventy autumns! This means that a believer should be accurate in what he says and should choose always a good word because a word has a great influence on man. Researchers said on (BBC Homepage) that the saying, "A stick and stones may break bones when words do not hurt" is not true. Painful memories geared to emotional experiences are more painful than those related to physical pain. Researchers of this study said that changes that happen in the brain and allow us to work in group or societal frame may be the key for understanding this issue. The study sample included volunteering students who were asked to write about their painful physical and emotional experiences. Then, a tough mental test was conducted after a short time of writing these experiments. The main principle that the study depended on was that whenever the experience which the student remembered was more painful, his performance on the test was worse. Results were better when remembering physical pain than emotional pain. Shinsung Zein, a researcher from Purdue University, Indiana, USA, said that it is difficult to revive the remembrance of physical pain compared to social and emotional pain. There is a side in the brain that may be responsible for experiences and painful words that man faces, that is the cerebral cortex which performs difficult processes including thinking, perception and ********. This part of the brain enhances man's ability to adapt with other groups and cultures, besides, it is responsible for the reaction to pain that has a relation to the group. Michael Hojsman, a Child Psychology specialist in Germany, said that it is probable that several parts of the brain deal with emotional pain which is considered to have a long range effect. That is, in physical pain you can see wounds and bruises while emotional pain leaves mostly concern and fear. If pupils said to a classmate that they will punish him after classes, he will live anxiety and fear more than what may actually happen to him. What we benefit from these results Such studies conducted by non-Muslims confirm the trueness of the Islam message. Allah commanded us to choose our words that do not hurt others, and positively influence others. These verses point that. Almighty says, "Kind words and the covering of faults are better than charity followed by injury. Allah is free of all wants, and He is Most-Forbearing."[Al-Baqara: The Cow: 263]He said also, "and shun the word that is false" [Al-Hajj: The Pilgrimage: 30]. Allah ordered us to call people gently, carry out good argument and choose the word that is more influential and leaves a positive effect on others to get the correct idea about Islam. Almighty says, "Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance." [An-Nahl: The Bee: 125] These studies should increase our assurance of the impact of the good word. The good word is a charity as told by The Prophet, The Mankind Master (pbuh). Then, consider how Allah introduced the good word in front of prayer, the foundation of religion, when he addressed Children of Israel: "speak fair to the people; be steadfast in prayer; and practise regular charity" [Al-Baqara: The Cow: 83]. Also, you, my brother believer, should know that every word you utter, leaves an effect on the recipient's brain, and this effect does not disappear through time but stays. Helping Others Cure Stress

The Prophet recommends helping others and meeting their needs Many Hadiths (sayings) said by the Prophet of Mercy (pbuh) assure the importance of cooperation, helping others and offering them a hand. The generous Prophet considers faith be incomplete until one loves for his brother what he loves for himself!! He considers who sleeps and knows his neighbor is starving, his faith is incomplete, and also who is visited by a guest, and fails to honor, his faith is incomplete. Allah's Apostle says, "None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself" [Sahih Al Bani 7384], and also says, "A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim who does not oppress him nor hand him over, and who is after the need of his brother, Allah will be after his need, and who relieves a Muslim from the plight of distress, Allah relieves him from one of the plights of distress of The Day of Resurrection, and who enshrouds a Muslim, Allah will cover him on The Day of Judgment" [Sahih Al Bani 7988], From this wonderful saying, you realize the magnitude of the Prophet's concern of helping others and love of goodness to them up to considering any work you do to relieve a Muslim from the plight of distress in this world, enshroud his blemish or provide him a need….Allah will give you multiples of what you have done in this world. The Great Prophet said, "Anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day should entertain his guest generously and anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet."[From Bukhari & Muslim] Being generous to the guest is Sunnah (tradition) loved by Allah and His Apostle and He rewards big wages on it. Islam not only ordered helping others, but it asked to stop and shun hurting them. Now, after we have learned how Islam took care of this social side and preserved the safety of the society, cohesion and spread of love, friendliness, sympathetic and compassion among believers, we would like to ask: Is there a scientific miracle or medical and psychological benefits for this deed?! Research attests that helping others cure stress Experts in psychology confirm that helping others lead to ease stress, where getting involved in assisting others stimulates excretion of Endorphin, a hormone which helps in feeling psychological comfort and excitement. Allan Lex, former manager of "Health Promotion Institute" in USA, affirmed that helping others assists in easing the intensity of stress, where helping others lessens one's thinking of his personal worries and problems and by doing so, he feels psychological comfort. The researcher pointed out the necessity of availability of three basic terms for helping others to enjoy the positive benefits of offering a hand, assistance should be systematic, offering personal contact between the helper and who asked for help and the latter who asked for help should be from outside the circle of acquaintances, family and friends. The researcher asserted that man is not compelled to help foreigners, and he has total freedom to make the help decision or not. That freedom is considered very important to attain the required psychological results from helping others; on the other hand, one may be compelled to help friends and relatives. Depression, a disease of the era, affects millions yearly in the world outside the Islamic zone. The disease leads to commit suicide; nevertheless, Islam is very keen of the believer and asks him to love goodness and helping others, because Allah Almighty knows that this deed cures depression and raises the immune system in human… See with me the greatness of this religion … Does it not deserve to be followed! Previous scientific studies showed the importance of tolerance, forgiving others and not to take offense… All those lead to improving the efficiency of the immune system in human and therefore protecting him from different diseases. We can say that any good deed we do may help in improving the mood, raising the immune system level and giving the body an extra dose of immune against diseases and especially stress. When Islam cared for good deeds, it has introduced this legalization for the benefits of human, society, and for attaining rewards in life and the Hereafter. Therefore, we encounter many verses urging the believer to cooperate and offer services to others for free and without a reward. See, how this researcher after a number of tests discovered that the best kind of helping is when you do not ask for money or thanks as a return for your help, here we realize the importance of Almighty's saying, "And they feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive, (Saying),"We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks." Do we have to look attentively at this verse? What are the consequences if we don’t follow this divine rule? Let us read …. It is a great verse and we have to think in its guidance and meanings. Hence the end for it was the following verse, God says: (Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) so, what are the things that we should reflect on it? God be he exalted and blessed says :(And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) (Sûrat Al Rum - verse 21). Therefore, each time we hear (And among His Signs) we have to realize that God wants to tell us about a miracle, that is "Miracle of marriage". Frankly, I spent too much time concentrating at this verse trying to know: what is the secret in marriage? What is the mutual affect for couples? All the time we receive information in a scientific way without any kind of thinking what is behind it. We have to think and look attentively as our God says :(And it only added to their Faith and to their submissiveness (to Allah)) (Sûrat Al-Ahzâb - verse 22). How does the repose between husband and wife happen? Psychologists confirm that it is important for the man to have a wife because her ability to reduce his anxiety and frustration .in a new study, they found that the frequent traveling man (for business or study) is less possible to be exposed to heart diseases when he is accompanied by his wife. Also, they found that married man has more ability for concentration and creation. On the other hand, they found that married women are more granter than the unmarried. Scientists confirm that domestic violence is due to the violation of natural marriage as people depends on the illegal marriage when man and woman are living together without marriage contract. Increasing scientific production and creation In November 2006 scientists at University of Kansas confirmed in a new study that the married scientist is more able for creation and is more productive than unmarried scientist, but the study concluded that married women who are scientists are less productive because of their responsibilities about house and kids caring. Hence, we can understand that married woman gives her attention to home and kids caring and that is a grace from God to enable the family to live in rest and stability. The amazing effect of good words Prophet Mohamed told us that: “the good word is a charity". That is between a person and another, but what a great charity if the good word is between a man and his wife. Researchers confirm that nice and good words have an amazing effect on married man and woman as it reduce many problems between both of them. Couple of days ago, there was a report about a medical miracle that is a woman became ill and she entered in a coma which lasts for many months, her husband used to site beside her and speak to her as if she is conscious and tells her nice and good word that he loves her and he cares about her. Doctors made the fun on him and they told him that what he is doing is useless, but he insist on that as he believed that she will get her conscious very soon. Suddenly, she got her conscious at the time when all doctors had expected that the case may continue for many years. Hence, we have to realize the reason behind what prophet Mohamed used to do and his continuous advice to us to take care of our wives and to tell them nice words. What a great prophet, we hope western scientist knows that. Today, western countries are spending billions of dollars to face the phenomenon of domestic violence, sexual deviation and rape but the return is nothing. What will happen if couples violate nature of God? God put mutual feelings between wives and husbands to make the wife to feel by tranquility with her husband and to make the husband to feel by tranquility with his wife but there are some people who don’t value this grace , let us read the following statistics from the western countries where atheism is common: · In united sates of America, every quarter of a minute there is a domestic violence incident and ¾ of victims are women. · In 1992 there is a European study which concluded that 25% of the European women are subject to domestic violence incident even once a life. (Council of Europe 1992) · In 1998 there was more than one and a half million domestic violence incident in America, 1830 of them ended by death. we can observe hundreds of psychiatric clinics , associations and many websites who are trying to face the domestic violence but un fortunately , numbers are increasing. We followed the most recent studies from the following website (Statistics of Battered Women, www.asafeplaceforhelp.org) which is related to only women: · Every 9 seconds a woman is Battered by her husband! · 7% of the American women are subject to a physical battered accident and 37% are subject to emotional aggression by cursing and bad words. · 26% of pregnant women are subject to physical battered accident. Statistics say that a large number of violence and homicide are committed by illegal husbands, God says about people who violates his nature and insist on being away of his orders :(Allah’s nature(i.e. Allah’s Islamic Monotheism) with which He has created mankind. There will be no change for creation of God, that is the straight religion, but most of men know nothing) (Sûrat Al-Rum - verse 30). Today, psychologists confirm that the best feeling woman can get is when she feels with her importance and value from her husband. Here we remember the valuable recommendation of our prophet when he said: (I ask all of you to take care of women)!! People who violates God’s nature …… In western countries we can see the spread of homosexuality because of adultery and keeping away from marriage, therefore it is natural to see a man lives with another man and women who lives with another woman as a wife and husband. Statistics confirm that violence between homosexuals is eighteen times double the violence between ordinary couples; also violence between homosexuals is up to 30% (Statistics Canada, Canada's National Statistical Agency, and July 7, 2005). Researchers confirm that marriage between homosexual men and women lasts for no more than three years in average which indicates that violating nature of God leads to quickly end and also indicates that this kind of relations is not fruitful. AIDS: is the result of getting away from nature of God All of us know that adultery causes many serious diseases and one of these diseases which have no treatment is AIDS .statistics confirms that AIDS had appeared twenty five years ago and our world spent billions of dollars to reach a treatment but numbers are increasing. Let us read: - Dr. Jesse Chen from University of California says: AIDS is dramatically spreads in Africa and there are 350 million man who is carrying virus of AIDS in his or her body and number of infected people is 25 million. 2 million of them die from that disease. Most of infections are in non Muslim countries. - In South Africa, 20% of population is infected by AIDS. - From 2002 to 2020, AIDS will kill 68 million man in the world. - United nations confirm that every year the world needs 10 billion dollars as a treatment expenses. - Also UN tells us that every day there is a new fourteen thousand infection by AIDS. Half of them are women, and there are 2000 boy and girl of them. - In 2008 total losses from that disease will be 22 billion dollar. - Number of killed people by AIDS from 1980 till the end of 2005 is 27 million man (men, women and children). - In 2005 number of killed are 3 million man and there are another 40 million who are infected by AIDS and they will die sooner or later. Researchers confirm that AIDS is caused by prohibited sexual relations, homosexual activities and drugs. All of the previous are prohibited in all religions. God says :(Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts). That is purer for them. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what they do. ) (Sûrat Al-Nur - verse 30).if people obeys that order, there will be no infection by AIDS. Illegitimate children In United States number of births which are resulted from illegitimate marriage had increased to be 37 %( statistics in 2004).we have to mention that phenomenon of illegitimate children in western countries is accepted from both men and women. A published study on the website of the BBC stated that number of illegitimate children in Britain is 12% in 1998 and it increased to be 42% in 2004 (Office for National Statistics) . In western European countries ratio of illegitimate children (sons of adultery) is 33% (the annual ONS' Social Trends report). Ratio of men who lives with illegitimate wives is 24% and ratio of women who lives with illegitimate husbands is 25% (ONS, 2004). A graph to represent ratio of illegitimate children in some European countries, in Sweden it is 55% in 2004 and in Spain it is 22% in 2003. Therefore, from every 100 newborn baby there are from 22 to 55 illegitimate baby, don’t you see that it is an indication for the imminent collapsing of the western civilization (BBC). Rape: a result of rejecting marriage Every two and a half minute and in the most developed countries there is a raped woman or a girl. In America, between every six girls one of them was rapped one day!!!Every year number of women who was raped is 200000 woman. This is the official numbers but the actual numbers are more than that. Also in many western counties there a special phone line to enable raped women and girls to declare about a rape accident as there are many people who don’t inform the official authorities about what happen to them. There are many clinics to treat the psychological effects of rape and there are many curriculums in universities explaining ways of treating the dangerous psychological effects of rape. A study in 2005 had confirmed that most of rape accidents are caused by relatives and friends of the raped woman (National Crime Victimization Survey, 2005) and most of these accidents happen in the house of a friend or relative. So that people who are away from their God and his acts are living in hardship in the world and in hereafter they will face a harmful torture because of adultery and keeping away from the belief and God’s instructions . So that in hereafter guilty men and women will lose their sight and they will be blind, God says :( But whosoever turns away from My Reminder (i.e. neither believes in this Qur'an nor acts on its teachings.) verily, for him is a life of hardship, and we shall raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection* He will say: "O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)* (Allah) will say: "Like this: Our signs came unto you, but you disregarded them (i.e. you left them, did not think deeply in them, and you turned away from them), and so this Day, you will be neglected (in the Hell-fire, away from Allah’s Mercy)* And thus do We requite him who transgresses beyond bounds [i.e. commits the great sins and disobeys his Lord (Allah) and believes not in His Messengers, and His revealed Books, like this Qur’an], and believes not in the proofs of his Lord; and the torment of the Hereafter is far more severe and more lasting) (Sûrat Taha - verse 124-127). Dangerous Results of divorce God be he blessed and exalted says :(And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) (Sûrat Al Rum - verse 21). In fact God ordered us to look attentively at that verse to realize his graces and to find repose in our wives, but on the other hand if we don't apply our prophet's commandment (I ask all of you to take care of women) and also the divine commandment as God says :(and live with them honorably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it a great deal of good) (Sûrat Alnisa - verse 19) therefore, we will face many Disastrous consequences. In a field study, Gordon Berlin a researcher in the United States says: stable marriage is the base for any success in every fields, and most students who are unsuccessful in their study or students who leaves their education in an early age and also boys and girls who deviates to theft and drugs are sons and daughters of divorced parents. In America, divorce rate is up to 50% in some years!! Supplication to facilitate marriage Dear my sisters and brothers, all of us asks God to grant him or her good wife and a good husband, but we have to admit that all countries are facing problem of marriage delay. After many years of researches I found that dependence on God is the shortest way to facilitate marriage as we have to be satisfied with our destiny and to know that God is the one who knows the best for us and we don’t know the best for ourselves. And we have to make things easier for ourselves so that God will facilitate every thing for us. One of the most effective methods to facilitate marriage is to ask God seven times with the supplication of prophet Zakaria, God says in Qur’an :( "O My Lord Leave me not single (childless), though you are the Best of the inheritors.) (Sûrat Al-Anbiyâ’- verse 89) and to read (Sûrat Al-Ikhlâs) many times also to read :(And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) (Sûrat Al Rum - verse 21). Also read the first verse in Quran (Sûrat Al-Fâtihah) seven times. My brothers in God These information and statistics are not just for reading but to look attentively at a sign of God which is marriage. God puts repose and mercy between couples. when we read the results of the new researches about the physiological stability of married people , therefore we have to realize the meaning behind the following verse:( that you may find repose in them)and to supplicate by the supplication of believers which is (And those who say: "Our Lord! Researchers have studied about smiling influence on others. They have found that smiling contains strong information that can influence the human subconscious mind! They found that everyone has his particular smile that no one can share with him. Moreover, every smile contains special effect, too. They photographed these smiles and showed it slowly, hence, they noticed some specific movements. Likewise, a person can have more than one kind of smiles, regarding his mental status, what is he speaking about and the person he is speaking to… Some of the most important information of such researches, researches are talking about what you can give to others through the smile, because it is more than giving a material thing for the following reasons: When smiling you can transmit joy to others, which is a sort of donation and which can be the most important. Studies showed that sometimes man may need joy and gladness more than food and drink. Also, that joy can treat many diseases starting by heart problems. Through the smile you can transmit information to others very easily, because a word with a smile has more influence on the brain. Magnetic resonance imaging has shown that expression influence changes too much with a smile. The expression is the same , however, the influenced brain parts differ according to smile type accompanying this information or this expression. You can calm an atmosphere stain of a given situation with a soft smile. This cannot be done with money. Hence, smile is worthier and more important than money. Adultery and God's Punishment

There was a city in old Italy where its people were doing adultery and homosexuality and they were so proud with that. Also they used to draw pornographic pictures on walls in front of all people; researchers believe that art of pornography started in this dissolute city. {1} What was the consequence of doing that? And what was the end of those people? What is the start of their story? City of Pompeii is an old roman city that lived in a lot of luxury. God gave people of this city a lot of graces such as the best crops, a lot of rains and many natural resources. One day , people of Pompeii was celebrating God of fire day , but suddenly and without any kind of warning a volcanic eruption occurred which released a lot of lava. As a result, people tried to escape but all of them were killed immediately and the city was disappeared .also their bodies were covered with lava and these covered bodies had transferred after many years to be fossilized rocks. {2} A representative picture to the volcano which destroyed city of Pompeii and killed all People. Population of that city was up to 20000 person. So we have to remember God's saying: (So we seized them all of a sudden while they were unaware) (Sûrat Al-A‘râf – verse 95) This city was hidden till it was discovered in the 18 century .they found that people's bodies were fossilized and petrified on their last condition , which means that death came suddenly and they were not able to do anything. It's God's justice, in Qur'an God told us about his punishment on some people because of their sins, God says :( Do then those who devise evil plots feel secure that Allah will not sink them into the earth, or that the torment will not seize them from directions they perceive not? ,or that He may catch them in the midst of their going (in their jobs), so that there is no escape for them (from Allah's punishment)?)(Sûrat An-Nahl- verse 45-46). Indeed this verse tells us about this city and any other city might do like them. Archaeologists had found that punishment was descended on those people while they were on their daily life with no previous warning. So God alerts us not to do like those people or to feel safe from similar end, God says :( Did the people of the towns then feel secure against the coming of Our punishment by night while they were asleep?* Or, did the people of the towns then feel secure against the coming of Our punishment in the forenoon while they were playing? * Did they then feel secure against the Plan of Allah? None feels secure from the Plan of Allah except the people who are the losers.)(Sûrat Al-A‘râf - verse 97-99) Researchers had found many drawing for pornographic pictures in this city as evidence that adultery and homosexuality were in every place in the city. Also, researchers believe that people of Pompeiiwere doing the adultery in front of kids and all people and they were not shy of that. Also they believe that adultery was in a large scale more than today's. People of Pompeiibelieved in God of ***, so they used to glorify him and to draw paints to get his satisfaction. We have to mention that there is an exhibition which includes these paints and pictures but children are not allowed to watch it without a special approval. {3} Walls in some rooms in Pompeii with drawing of adultery, these drawing remained as an evidence that there is wisdom behind what happened to those people, and how much they deserve to die by this terrifying way. What happened to the people of this city is totally identical with the following verse, God be he blessed and exalted says :( So, when they forgot (the warning) with which they had been reminded, We opened for them the gates of every (pleasant) thing, until in the midst of their enjoyment in that which they were given, all of a sudden, We took them (in punishment), so! They were plunged into destruction with deep regrets and sorrows.* so the root of the people who did wrong was cut off. And all the praises and thanks are to Allah, the Lord of the ‘Âlamîn(mankind, jinn, and all that exists) (Sûrat Al-An’âm- verse 44-45). Indeed God had opened for them gates of every pleasant thing, as mentioned before such as natural resource, rains , best crops , etc….but they forgot their God and followed their instincts , so they died by this terrifying way . A real photo for human bodies of people of Pompeii .Their bodies was transferred to be fossilized rocks. This punishment is in this life but in the hereafter punishment is strong and last forever, God says:( And thus do We requite him who transgresses beyond bounds [i.e. commits the great sins and disobeys his Lord (Allah) and believes not in His Messengers, and His revealed Books, like this Qur’an], and believes not in the Ayât(proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of his Lord; and the torment of the Hereafter is far more severe and more lasting.) (Sûrat Tâ-Hâ- verse 127). Finally we have to supplicate to our God by saying :( Our Lord! Day of Resurrection won’t be in 2012

Let us figure it out… There are many indications that day of resurrection is imminent, but only god be he exalted knows the exact time. On internet there are many predictions which tell that day of resurrection will be in 2012 and these predictions are the same as predictions of the year 2000, but year 2000 had gone and nothing happened. This means that only god who got knowledge of the unseen. God says :( They ask you about the Hour (Day of Resurrection): "When will be its appointed time?" Say: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (Alone). None can reveal its time but Him. Heavy is its burden through the heavens and the earth. It shall not come upon you except all of a sudden." They ask you as if you have a good knowledge of it. Say: "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (Alone), but most of mankind knows not.) (AL- Araf -187) This noble verse confirm that only god who knows time of day of resurrection (None can reveal its time but Him) and this day comes all of a sudden without warning (It shall not come upon you except all of a sudden) even prophet Mohamed didn’t know its time. Exaggerated news There is a scientific news but in fact it has no relation with science that:" new scientists, the specialized American magazine in science and technology released an academic report made by a group of scientists who confirmed that one day at the end of September 2012, a destructive solar storm will hit earth . As a result earth will be returned back to the middle century era. Scientists say that this storm may be caused by coming swarms of electrical charged Particles from the sun which will knock earth in regular basis. Specialists say as a result of this storm , sky will be full of intensive fiery glow , glowing green waved columns will be spread, and some successive orange waves will appear in the horizon during the seen polar aurora in the northern hemisphere." In fact this is not such precise news from the scientific point of view; it is only a personal opinion of one scientist without any scientific proof. That researcher didn’t tell us about source of these predictions and how this usual solar storm can destroy earth? And this universe was organized by god so, why would our physical rules be changed? And from where can these solar particles get the needed power to reach earth and penetrate atmosphere , knowing that sun was created 5 billion years ago and millions of solar storms had occurred inside it before?......... Day of resurrection in 2012 …… weak theories! We remember predictions of year 2000 when CNN website published prediction about 2012 , therefore , a new speculations about the end of the life cycle started to spread , some people started to believe that beginning of 2012 is a start for a new era, but others believe this year will definitely be the end of earth . This issue is circulated in many books and websites which put a countdown clock for the promised day in 21 of December of 2012. This date refers to the end of life cycle at the Maya civilization. The length of this civilization is 5126 year. It is known that people of this civilization are interest with astronomy. David Storat director of "Mesoamerica" center in Texas University says: there are many people who believe that end of universe is linked with Maya's beliefs, but it is not true because no wise man in civilization of Maya had mentioned that before. On the other hand, if you enter number 2012 in any search engine on the internet , names of many websites will be retrieved with information about 2012 as the day of resurrection with many instructions about how to survive ,what to wear , etc……………. So according to some theories, earth will start to turn in the opposite direction with many solar storms which will cause Volcanic eruptions and snow dissolving .but if you believe that this is an American movie, you are right because Hollywood are working on a movie about that day. The Americans are trying to utilize these rumors to earn money! Director Roland Emerk and star John Cossack are working on a new film about 2012. The film starts with a monk entering a church to announce end of the world while Himalaya's snow starts to melt forming floods of water that kills people everywhere. On the other hand , there are hundreds of books about 2012 , one of these books is 'Apocalypse 2012' by Lawrence Joseph who included a group of possibilities which may occur , but he believed that end of the world will not be in that day. I have to mention that 21 of December / 2012 will agree solstice day in winter and also sun will be parallel to Milky Way galaxy. What is the truth? Official website of the American space agency (NASA) used to announce that every 11 years there is a solar storm which called "Sunspot Cycle" and in 2012 the storm will be stronger 30 -50 % more than the average but they believe that it is an ordinary matter…… The problem is that some people who believe in myths of MAYA had found a concurrence between their beliefs and the expected solar storm as a chance to circulate their ideas. …. the coming years will prove that they are liars and that for a very simple reason as their prediction is not based on any scientific basis except exaggerations and falsehoods. Prediction of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) Scientists of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research had succeeded to predict with the next solar storm in 2012 which occur every 11 years and they believe that this storm may affect and damage satellites and electricity networks because some of the coming particles with that storm may penetrate the atmosphere and affect communication systems , all of these are only predictions. Scientists believe that next solar storm in 2012 will be stronger 50%more than the previous one. Height of the red lines reflects the intensity of the solar storm. This graph illustrate that in 1958 the storm was stronger than any other storm even the next one in 2012. As a sign that day of resurrection is so near). God be he exalted says :( People ask you concerning the Hour (day of resurrection), say: "The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What do you know? Nowadays, we see some minor signs for day of resurrection such as environmental disasters, high temperature, air pollution and snow melting. On the other hand major signs will appear just before day of resurrection such as emergence of the Antichrist, descent of Christ, etc……. There is no doubt that day of resurrection is coming so we have to do a lot of good work especially to serve God's book (Qur'an) and to distribute useful science . Circumcision as a protection from HIV/ Aids

One hundred years ago, atheists used to believe that principles of Islam are a sign of backwardness and are useless , so they refused Islam and were proud of their science abilities, but after some negative results and suffering due to their believes , they return back to principles of Islam , not as a religion but as an interest as their religion is the interest. One of the denied things by those atheists is the Circumcision as a prophetic Sunnah, as prophet Mohamed (Peace be upon him) said that the Circumcision is from the right nature. Here, medicine reveals some new facts about the usefulness of circumcision especially concerning the killer disease which is the AIDS. A New Study The new study says that Male circumcision decrease the opportunity of the infection by the disease of immunodeficiency (AIDS). Officially United Nations agrees to facilitate Male circumcision in African countries. As UNAIDS declared that Male circumcision is an important step in fighting with AIDS. YOB LANG as an AIDS expert in the medical center of Amsterdam agrees on that opinion. He says: (there is a lack of prevention from AIDS, every year there are new 4 million infections , we know that condom has an efficiency , but it is not used and is not available and we have to apply all available techniques to reduce the infection by AIDS . Male circumcision reduces the danger of transferring the disease from women to men by 50 to 60 % this is a high percentage.) In Africa there are 25 million person infected by AIDS from total of 40 million in the entire world. Infection spreads in Africa through sexual relations between man and woman, World health organization and the UNAIDS are expecting reduction of the infection by AIDS because of Male circumcisionduring the next 20 years by 6 million infection. There is no evidence that women are less exposed to the disease when they practice a sexual relation with a circumcised man, but there are continuous studies concerning that issue. There is a summarized study which illustrate that AIDS transition ratio from men to women will be deceased. But effect of that could be limited in comparison with the disease transition from women to men. We need to use women techniques which are unknown by men. But it would be so dangerous if circumcised men decided not to use condom especially in African countries where Rape is common. Edification is so important. If circumcised men will not use condom, reversed results may occur as Circumcision don't offer full protection. And infection by AIDS may increase. United Nations confirms on the linking between the success of Circumcision and dissemination of sexual knowledge to fight AIDS. In general circumcised men represent 30 % of men in the world. And that is due to religious reasons for Jews, Muslims and in some cases for protective reasons. According to UN, countries should facilitate Circumcision, as cost of the Circumcise operation is from 50 to 100 $ for each male. UN suggests making it free of charge. Male circumcision is also useful for women A new three studies confirmed that circumcision may protect men from AIDS and also protect women from a transferred virus through sexual relations which may cause cervical cancer. Published results in journal of Infectious Diseases in 16/12/2008 may increase the debate about the importance of men and new born male circumcision to protect their health and health of their wife in the future. Dr Bertrand Auvert from Versailles University and his colleagues in South Africa had examined 1200 man who visits a clinic in south Africa and they found that less than 15% of the circumcised men and 22% of the non circumcised men had infected by virus ( HPV) which cause cervical cancer and Genital diseases . Researchers had reported '' these results explains why women who are in sexual relations with circumcised men have a low possibility to be infected by cervical cancer in comparison with other women." A result of another research on some American men was less clear, but Carey Nelson from University of Oregon for science and health and his colleague said that they had found some new indications that circumcision may protect men. Circumcised men were 50% less possible to be exposed to virus (HPV) than non circumcised men. In the third study, lee Warner from the American centers for struggling and prevention of diseases and his colleagues had examined afro American people in Baltimore and they found that only 10 % of circumcised men are exposed to be infected by that virus in comparison with 22 % of non circumcised men . Statistics says that 33 million person all over the world are infected by AIDS which is a disease with no treatment. There are 20 million American who are infected by virus (HPV). This virus is the most common virus to be spread through sexual relations and cause cervical cancer which kills every year more than 300000 women. We have to mention that Africa has the lowest percentage of circumcision, so number of infections in Africa is half the number of infections in the world. In 2005 number of infected people by AIDS was 40 million half of them were in Africa. A figure to represent number of infected people by AIDS according to UN Statistics, as total of infected people are 34.4 million. If we divide Africa into two sections: the first section is in the north of great Sahara (most of populations are Muslims) where number of infected people are 220,000 and the second section is in the south of great Sahara (most of populations are non- Muslims) where number of infected people are 24.5 million. What a big difference!! This is due to the strict principles of Islam which prohibit adultery and order male to circumcise. But we have to mention that infection by AIDS had increased in Muslim countries because Muslims are now quite far from principles of their religion. They have to be back again……. What is the legislative miracle? When prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) had been sent to the people of the Arabian region ,some of them were polytheist who don't believe in god , some were Jews , some were Christians and others were Magus etc….. so if prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) are looking for money or power, he might leave every one to do what ever he or she like to do to get all parties in his side, but he choose the right nature so he ordered male to circumcise, avoid adultery and not to drink alcohol ……all of these are evidences that he is the messenger of god be he exalted. Prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) had ordered us with exactly what united nations is asking us to do. !! they are asking to circumcise male free of charge, because that would be more economical than infection by AIDS especially there are some previous studies which confirm that circumcision reduce transferring the Infectious and dangerous sexual diseases and also protect from cancer!! So any fair man should believe in Islam and in the greatness of the illiterate prophet. Our prophet (peace be upon him) said in the right Hadith (there are five things from nature …….. and he mentioned circumcision). This legislation had came in a time when no one on earth knows about the medical interests of circumcision, this rule apply to all given instructions by the prophet as all permissible things should be good for us and all prohibited thing should be bad for us. God says: (And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it). And fear Allah verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. ) {AL Hashr – verse 7} also god says: (Allah wishes to make clear (what is lawful and what is unlawful) to you, and to show you the ways of those before you, and accept your repentance and Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.Allah wishes to accept your repentance, but those who follow their lusts, wish that you (believers) should deviate tremendously away (from the Right Path). Allah wishes to lighten (the burden) for you; and man was created weak (cannot be patient to leave sexual intercourse with woman).) {AN-Nisa'- verse 26-28} It is from the prophetic Sunnah to circumcise male during the first days of birth (during the first seven days or multiples of the seven day). And How the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) solved this problem? Let’s read this article. Islam has forbidden anything which can harm believers? Not only has this, but the Almighty God had forbidden anything which could lead to this harm. He, therefore, forbidden adultery and all things that can lead to it; man looking to women who are non-mahrams* and repeating these forbidden looks may lead to thinking about adultery. And speaking to women might be a way to adultery, especially when these women are unveiled, and when the talk is of the kind that is stimulating desires, feelings and emotions. There is another matter that leads to adultery and incites to it; the unveiling of women and the exhibition of the seductive pars of their bodies that stimulates the desire of men. Thus, the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade that and even considered unveiled women (women exposing their beauty) will not smell the scent of paradise! The Prophet (peace be upon him) said about signs of the Day of Resurrection :( … and women who are dressed and undressed (even if they are dressed they look nude because they expose the seductive parts of their body) slanted and slanting, there heads are like humps of camels, they neither enter paradise nor find its smell…) [Narrated by Muslim]. This Hadith Sharif represents a modern scientific miracle as well. The latest research on skin cancer has disclosed that women who bared parts of their bodies are exposed to infection by cancer significantly. Number of newspapers published medical research on this matter. According to the British Medical Journal that malignant cancer which was infrequent is today increasing constantly, and frequent cases of this malignant disease are unveiled women who reveal most parts of their bodies. Moreover, the medical research on this disease stated that it begins as a small black spot on the skin and then develops and grows and spreads in every direction and attack lymphs at the top of the thigh and then jumps and settles in the liver or settles in various organs and body systems. This disease is transmitted to the foetus in his mother's womb. One of The dangers of this disease is that it does not respond to radiotherapy like other types of cancers, and can not be cured with surgery. Therefore, the guidance of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) came to forbid unveiling and baring the body before thousand and four hundred years, is not this one the clear miracles of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)? *non-mahrams: mahrams are all women with whom man can not marry and vice versa, because it is forbidden e.g.: his mother, his sister… etc. ------------------- By: Abduldaem Al-Kaheel |
