It is He Who has named You Muslims, both before And in this (Revelation); That the Apostle may be A witness for you, and ye Be witnesses for mankind! So establish regular Prayer, Give regular Charity, And hold fast to God! He is your Protector—The best to protect And the Best to help! Hajj or the Pilgrimage: 78

Allah, the exalted says:

Those who remain steadfast

Fabulously enough, Allah, the Creator, has emphasized the significance of sleeping and considered it one of his signs. Allah says:

“And among His Signs

Is the sleep that ye take

By night and by day,

And the quest that ye

(Make for livelihood)

Out of His Bounty: verily

In that are Signs

For those who hearken.” Rum or the Roman Impire:23
