Helping Others Cure Stress
 "None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself"…. The Prophet recommends helping others and meeting their needs Many Hadiths (sayings) said by the Prophet of Mercy (pbuh) assure the importance of cooperation, helping others and offering them a hand. The generous Prophet considers faith be incomplete until one loves for his brother what he loves for himself!! He considers who sleeps and knows his neighbor is starving, his faith is incomplete, and also who is visited by a guest, and fails to honor, his faith is incomplete. Allah's Apostle says, "None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself" [Sahih Al Bani 7384], and also says, "A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim who does not oppress him nor hand him over, and who is after the need of his brother, Allah will be after his need, and who relieves a Muslim from the plight of distress, Allah relieves him from one of the plights of distress of The Day of Resurrection, and who enshrouds a Muslim, Allah will cover him on The Day of Judgment" [Sahih Al Bani 7988], From this wonderful saying, you realize the magnitude of the Prophet's concern of helping others and love of goodness to them up to considering any work you do to relieve a Muslim from the plight of distress in this world, enshroud his blemish or provide him a need….Allah will give you multiples of what you have done in this world. The Great Prophet said, "Anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day should entertain his guest generously and anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet."[From Bukhari & Muslim] Being generous to the guest is Sunnah (tradition) loved by Allah and His Apostle and He rewards big wages on it. Islam not only ordered helping others, but it asked to stop and shun hurting them. Now, after we have learned how Islam took care of this social side and preserved the safety of the society, cohesion and spread of love, friendliness, sympathetic and compassion among believers, we would like to ask: Is there a scientific miracle or medical and psychological benefits for this deed?! Research attests that helping others cure stress Experts in psychology confirm that helping others lead to ease stress, where getting involved in assisting others stimulates excretion of Endorphin, a hormone which helps in feeling psychological comfort and excitement. Allan Lex, former manager of "Health Promotion Institute" in USA, affirmed that helping others assists in easing the intensity of stress, where helping others lessens one's thinking of his personal worries and problems and by doing so, he feels psychological comfort. The researcher pointed out the necessity of availability of three basic terms for helping others to enjoy the positive benefits of offering a hand, assistance should be systematic, offering personal contact between the helper and who asked for help and the latter who asked for help should be from outside the circle of acquaintances, family and friends. The researcher asserted that man is not compelled to help foreigners, and he has total freedom to make the help decision or not. That freedom is considered very important to attain the required psychological results from helping others; on the other hand, one may be compelled to help friends and relatives.  Depression, a disease of the era, affects millions yearly in the world outside the Islamic zone. The disease leads to commit suicide; nevertheless, Islam is very keen of the believer and asks him to love goodness and helping others, because Allah Almighty knows that this deed cures depression and raises the immune system in human… See with me the greatness of this religion … Does it not deserve to be followed! Previous scientific studies showed the importance of tolerance, forgiving others and not to take offense… All those lead to improving the efficiency of the immune system in human and therefore protecting him from different diseases. We can say that any good deed we do may help in improving the mood, raising the immune system level and giving the body an extra dose of immune against diseases and especially stress. When Islam cared for good deeds, it has introduced this legalization for the benefits of human, society, and for attaining rewards in life and the Hereafter. Therefore, we encounter many verses urging the believer to cooperate and offer services to others for free and without a reward. See, how this researcher after a number of tests discovered that the best kind of helping is when you do not ask for money or thanks as a return for your help, here we realize the importance of Almighty's saying, "And they feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive, (Saying),"We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks." “And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves”  Marriage is a sign among many signs by God …. Do we have to look attentively at this verse? What are the consequences if we don’t follow this divine rule? Let us read …. It is a great verse and we have to think in its guidance and meanings. Hence the end for it was the following verse, God says: (Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) so, what are the things that we should reflect on it? God be he exalted and blessed says  And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) (Sûrat Al Rum - verse 21). Therefore, each time we hear (And among His Signs) we have to realize that God wants to tell us about a miracle, that is "Miracle of marriage". Frankly, I spent too much time concentrating at this verse trying to know: what is the secret in marriage? What is the mutual affect for couples? All the time we receive information in a scientific way without any kind of thinking what is behind it. We have to think and look attentively as our God says And it only added to their Faith and to their submissiveness (to Allah)) (Sûrat Al-Ahzâb - verse 22). How does the repose between husband and wife happen? Psychologists confirm that it is important for the man to have a wife because her ability to reduce his anxiety and frustration .in a new study, they found that the frequent traveling man (for business or study) is less possible to be exposed to heart diseases when he is accompanied by his wife. Also, they found that married man has more ability for concentration and creation. On the other hand, they found that married women are more granter than the unmarried. Scientists confirm that domestic violence is due to the violation of natural marriage as people depends on the illegal marriage when man and woman are living together without marriage contract. Increasing scientific production and creation In November 2006 scientists at University of Kansas confirmed in a new study that the married scientist is more able for creation and is more productive than unmarried scientist, but the study concluded that married women who are scientists are less productive because of their responsibilities about house and kids caring. Hence, we can understand that married woman gives her attention to home and kids caring and that is a grace from God to enable the family to live in rest and stability. The amazing effect of good words Prophet Mohamed told us that: “the good word is a charity". That is between a person and another, but what a great charity if the good word is between a man and his wife. Researchers confirm that nice and good words have an amazing effect on married man and woman as it reduce many problems between both of them. Couple of days ago, there was a report about a medical miracle that is a woman became ill and she entered in a coma which lasts for many months, her husband used to site beside her and speak to her as if she is conscious and tells her nice and good word that he loves her and he cares about her. Doctors made the fun on him and they told him that what he is doing is useless, but he insist on that as he believed that she will get her conscious very soon. Suddenly, she got her conscious at the time when all doctors had expected that the case may continue for many years. Hence, we have to realize the reason behind what prophet Mohamed used to do and his continuous advice to us to take care of our wives and to tell them nice words. What a great prophet, we hope western scientist knows that. Today, western countries are spending billions of dollars to face the phenomenon of domestic violence, sexual deviation and rape but the return is nothing. What will happen if couples violate nature of God? God put mutual feelings between wives and husbands to make the wife to feel by tranquility with her husband and to make the husband to feel by tranquility with his wife but there are some people who don’t value this grace , let us read the following statistics from the western countries where atheism is common: · In united sates of America, every quarter of a minute there is a domestic violence incident and ¾ of victims are women. · In 1992 there is a European study which concluded that 25% of the European women are subject to domestic violence incident even once a life. (Council of Europe 1992) · In 1998 there was more than one and a half million domestic violence incident in America, 1830 of them ended by death. we can observe hundreds of psychiatric clinics , associations and many websites who are trying to face the domestic violence but un fortunately , numbers are increasing. We followed the most recent studies from the following website (Statistics of Battered Women, www.asafeplaceforhelp.org) which is related to only women: · Every 9 seconds a woman is Battered by her husband! · 7% of the American women are subject to a physical battered accident and 37% are subject to emotional aggression by cursing and bad words. · 26% of pregnant women are subject to physical battered accident. Statistics say that a large number of violence and homicide are committed by illegal husbands, God says about people who violates his nature and insist on being away of his orders Allah’s nature(i.e. Allah’s Islamic Monotheism) with which He has created mankind. There will be no change for creation of God, that is the straight religion, but most of men know nothing) (Sûrat Al-Rum - verse 30).Today, psychologists confirm that the best feeling woman can get is when she feels with her importance and value from her husband. Here we remember the valuable recommendation of our prophet when he said: (I ask all of you to take care of women)!! People who violates God’s nature …… In western countries we can see the spread of homosexuality because of adultery and keeping away from marriage, therefore it is natural to see a man lives with another man and women who lives with another woman as a wife and husband. Statistics confirm that violence between homosexuals is eighteen times double the violence between ordinary couples; also violence between homosexuals is up to 30% (Statistics Canada, Canada's National Statistical Agency, and July 7, 2005). Researchers confirm that marriage between homosexual men and women lasts for no more than three years in average which indicates that violating nature of God leads to quickly end and also indicates that this kind of relations is not fruitful. AIDS: is the result of getting away from nature of God All of us know that adultery causes many serious diseases and one of these diseases which have no treatment is AIDS .statistics confirms that AIDS had appeared twenty five years ago and our world spent billions of dollars to reach a treatment but numbers are increasing. Let us read: - Dr. Jesse Chen from University of California says: AIDS is dramatically spreads in Africa and there are 350 million man who is carrying virus of AIDS in his or her body and number of infected people is 25 million. 2 million of them die from that disease. Most of infections are in non Muslim countries. - In South Africa, 20% of population is infected by AIDS. - From 2002 to 2020, AIDS will kill 68 million man in the world. - United nations confirm that every year the world needs 10 billion dollars as a treatment expenses. - Also UN tells us that every day there is a new fourteen thousand infection by AIDS. Half of them are women, and there are 2000 boy and girl of them. - In 2008 total losses from that disease will be 22 billion dollar. - Number of killed people by AIDS from 1980 till the end of 2005 is 27 million man (men, women and children). - In 2005 number of killed are 3 million man and there are another 40 million who are infected by AIDS and they will die sooner or later. Researchers confirm that AIDS is caused by prohibited sexual relations, homosexual activities and drugs. All of the previous are prohibited in all religions. God says Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts). That is purer for them. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what they do. ) (Sûrat Al-Nur - verse 30).if people obeys that order, there will be no infection by AIDS.Illegitimate children In United States number of births which are resulted from illegitimate marriage had increased to be 37 %( statistics in 2004).we have to mention that phenomenon of illegitimate children in western countries is accepted from both men and women. A published study on the website of the BBC stated that number of illegitimate children in Britain is 12% in 1998 and it increased to be 42% in 2004 (Office for National Statistics) . In western European countries ratio of illegitimate children (sons of adultery) is 33% (the annual ONS' Social Trends report). Ratio of men who lives with illegitimate wives is 24% and ratio of women who lives with illegitimate husbands is 25% (ONS, 2004).  A graph to represent ratio of illegitimate children in some European countries, in Sweden it is 55% in 2004 and in Spain it is 22% in 2003. Therefore, from every 100 newborn baby there are from 22 to 55 illegitimate baby, don’t you see that it is an indication for the imminent collapsing of the western civilization (BBC). Rape: a result of rejecting marriage Every two and a half minute and in the most developed countries there is a raped woman or a girl. In America, between every six girls one of them was rapped one day!!!Every year number of women who was raped is 200000 woman. This is the official numbers but the actual numbers are more than that. Also in many western counties there a special phone line to enable raped women and girls to declare about a rape accident as there are many people who don’t inform the official authorities about what happen to them. There are many clinics to treat the psychological effects of rape and there are many curriculums in universities explaining ways of treating the dangerous psychological effects of rape. A study in 2005 had confirmed that most of rape accidents are caused by relatives and friends of the raped woman (National Crime Victimization Survey, 2005) and most of these accidents happen in the house of a friend or relative. So that people who are away from their God and his acts are living in hardship in the world and in hereafter they will face a harmful torture because of adultery and keeping away from the belief and God’s instructions . So that in hereafter guilty men and women will lose their sight and they will be blind, God says But whosoever turns away from My Reminder (i.e. neither believes in this Qur'an nor acts on its teachings.) verily, for him is a life of hardship, and we shall raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection* He will say: "O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)* (Allah) will say: "Like this: Our signs came unto you, but you disregarded them (i.e. you left them, did not think deeply in them, and you turned away from them), and so this Day, you will be neglected (in the Hell-fire, away from Allah’s Mercy)* And thus do We requite him who transgresses beyond bounds [i.e. commits the great sins and disobeys his Lord (Allah) and believes not in His Messengers, and His revealed Books, like this Qur’an], and believes not in the proofs of his Lord; and the torment of the Hereafter is far more severe and more lasting) (Sûrat Taha - verse 124-127). Dangerous Results of divorce God be he blessed and exalted says And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) (Sûrat Al Rum - verse 21). In fact God ordered us to look attentively at that verse to realize his graces and to find repose in our wives, but on the other hand if we don't apply our prophet's commandment (I ask all of you to take care of women) and also the divine commandment as God says :(and live with them honorably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it a great deal of good) (Sûrat Alnisa - verse 19) therefore, we will face many Disastrous consequences.In a field study, Gordon Berlin a researcher in the United States says: stable marriage is the base for any success in every fields, and most students who are unsuccessful in their study or students who leaves their education in an early age and also boys and girls who deviates to theft and drugs are sons and daughters of divorced parents. In America, divorce rate is up to 50% in some years!! Supplication to facilitate marriage Dear my sisters and brothers, all of us asks God to grant him or her good wife and a good husband, but we have to admit that all countries are facing problem of marriage delay. After many years of researches I found that dependence on God is the shortest way to facilitate marriage as we have to be satisfied with our destiny and to know that God is the one who knows the best for us and we don’t know the best for ourselves. And we have to make things easier for ourselves so that God will facilitate every thing for us. One of the most effective methods to facilitate marriage is to ask God seven times with the supplication of prophet Zakaria, God says in Qur’an "O My Lord Leave me not single (childless), though you are the Best of the inheritors.) (Sûrat Al-Anbiyâ’- verse 89) and to read (Sûrat Al-Ikhlâs) many times also to read And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect) (Sûrat Al Rum - verse 21). Also read the first verse in Quran (Sûrat Al-Fâtihah) seven times.My brothers in God These information and statistics are not just for reading but to look attentively at a sign of God which is marriage. God puts repose and mercy between couples. when we read the results of the new researches about the physiological stability of married people , therefore we have to realize the meaning behind the following verse that you may find repose in them)and to supplicate by the supplication of believers which is (And those who say: "Our Lord! Why is Smiling a Donation?
 (And smiling to your brother is donation). This is what the greatest Prophet (All Prayers and Peace of Allah be upon him) said and this is what the latest researches are discovering, so let’s read …. Researchers have studied about smiling influence on others. They have found that smiling contains strong information that can influence the human subconscious mind! They found that everyone has his particular smile that no one can share with him. Moreover, every smile contains special effect, too. They photographed these smiles and showed it slowly, hence, they noticed some specific movements. Likewise, a person can have more than one kind of smiles, regarding his mental status, what is he speaking about and the person he is speaking to…  When smiling you can transmit joy to others, which is a sort of donation and which can be the most important. Studies showed that sometimes man may need joy and gladness more than food and drink. Also, that joy can treat many diseases starting by heart problems. Through the smile you can transmit information to others very easily, because a word with a smile has more influence on the brain. Magnetic resonance imaging has shown that expression influence changes too much with a smile. The expression is the same , however, the influenced brain parts differ according to smile type accompanying this information or this expression. You can calm an atmosphere stain of a given situation with a soft smile. This cannot be done with money. Hence, smile is worthier and more important than money. So, the less you can give to others is smile donation. Smile and recovery: Many doctors have noticed smile influence on recovery. Therefore, some researches declare that the doctor’s smile is a part of the treatment! Then, giving a smile to your friend, your wife or your neighbor, you are giving them a free remedy prescription without feeling, and this is a kind of donation. For these reasons and others, smile is considered as a sort of donation, giving and generosity. Adultery and God's Punishment
 What are the consequences of doing adultery? Indeed, God's punishment in the life in this world and more harmful punishment in hereafter .let us to read …. There was a city in old Italy where its people were doing adultery and homosexuality and they were so proud with that. Also they used to draw pornographic pictures on walls in front of all people; researchers believe that art of pornography started in this dissolute city. {1} What was the consequence of doing that? And what was the end of those people? What is the start of their story? City of Pompeii is an old roman city that lived in a lot of luxury. God gave people of this city a lot of graces such as the best crops, a lot of rains and many natural resources. One day , people of Pompeii was celebrating God of fire day , but suddenly and without any kind of warning a volcanic eruption occurred which released a lot of lava. As a result, people tried to escape but all of them were killed immediately and the city was disappeared .also their bodies were covered with lava and these covered bodies had transferred after many years to be fossilized rocks. {2}  This city was hidden till it was discovered in the 18 century .they found that people's bodies were fossilized and petrified on their last condition , which means that death came suddenly and they were not able to do anything. It's God's justice, in Qur'an God told us about his punishment on some people because of their sins, God says Do then those who devise evil plots feel secure that Allah will not sink them into the earth, or that the torment will not seize them from directions they perceive not? ,or that He may catch them in the midst of their going (in their jobs), so that there is no escape for them (from Allah's punishment)?)(Sûrat An-Nahl- verse 45-46). Indeed this verse tells us about this city and any other city might do like them. Archaeologists had found that punishment was descended on those people while they were on their daily life with no previous warning. So God alerts us not to do like those people or to feel safe from similar end, God says Did the people of the towns then feel secure against the coming of Our punishment by night while they were asleep?* Or, did the people of the towns then feel secure against the coming of Our punishment in the forenoon while they were playing? * Did they then feel secure against the Plan of Allah? None feels secure from the Plan of Allah except the people who are the losers.)(Sûrat Al-A‘râf - verse 97-99) Researchers had found many drawing for pornographic pictures in this city as evidence that adultery and homosexuality were in every place in the city. Also, researchers believe that people of Pompeiiwere doing the adultery in front of kids and all people and they were not shy of that. Also they believe that adultery was in a large scale more than today's. People of Pompeiibelieved in God of ***, so they used to glorify him and to draw paints to get his satisfaction. We have to mention that there is an exhibition which includes these paints and pictures but children are not allowed to watch it without a special approval. {3}  What happened to the people of this city is totally identical with the following verse, God be he blessed and exalted says So, when they forgot (the warning) with which they had been reminded, We opened for them the gates of every (pleasant) thing, until in the midst of their enjoyment in that which they were given, all of a sudden, We took them (in punishment), so! They were plunged into destruction with deep regrets and sorrows.* so the root of the people who did wrong was cut off. And all the praises and thanks are to Allah, the Lord of the ‘آlamîn(mankind, jinn, and all that exists) (Sûrat Al-An’âm- verse 44-45). Indeed God had opened for them gates of every pleasant thing, as mentioned before such as natural resource, rains , best crops , etc….but they forgot their God and followed their instincts , so they died by this terrifying way .  And thus do We requite him who transgresses beyond bounds [i.e. commits the great sins and disobeys his Lord (Allah) and believes not in His Messengers, and His revealed Books, like this Qur’an], and believes not in the Ayât(proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of his Lord; and the torment of the Hereafter is far more severe and more lasting.) (Sûrat Tâ-Hâ- verse 127).Finally we have to supplicate to our God by saying Our Lord! Day of Resurrection won’t be in 2012
 Astrologers are liars even they said the truth ……recently there are some news that the (NASA) hides some information about that issue. Let us figure it out… There are many indications that day of resurrection is imminent, but only god be he exalted knows the exact time. On internet there are many predictions which tell that day of resurrection will be in 2012 and these predictions are the same as predictions of the year 2000, but year 2000 had gone and nothing happened. This means that only god who got knowledge of the unseen. God says They ask you about the Hour (Day of Resurrection): "When will be its appointed time?" Say: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (Alone). None can reveal its time but Him. Heavy is its burden through the heavens and the earth. It shall not come upon you except all of a sudden." They ask you as if you have a good knowledge of it. Say: "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (Alone), but most of mankind knows not.) (AL- Araf -187)This noble verse confirm that only god who knows time of day of resurrection (None can reveal its time but Him) and this day comes all of a sudden without warning (It shall not come upon you except all of a sudden) even prophet Mohamed didn’t know its time. Exaggerated news There is a scientific news but in fact it has no relation with science that:" new scientists, the specialized American magazine in science and technology released an academic report made by a group of scientists who confirmed that one day at the end of September 2012, a destructive solar storm will hit earth . As a result earth will be returned back to the middle century era. Scientists say that this storm may be caused by coming swarms of electrical charged Particles from the sun which will knock earth in regular basis. Specialists say as a result of this storm , sky will be full of intensive fiery glow , glowing green waved columns will be spread, and some successive orange waves will appear in the horizon during the seen polar aurora in the northern hemisphere." In fact this is not such precise news from the scientific point of view; it is only a personal opinion of one scientist without any scientific proof. That researcher didn’t tell us about source of these predictions and how this usual solar storm can destroy earth? And this universe was organized by god so, why would our physical rules be changed? And from where can these solar particles get the needed power to reach earth and penetrate atmosphere , knowing that sun was created 5 billion years ago and millions of solar storms had occurred inside it before?......... Day of resurrection in 2012 …… weak theories! We remember predictions of year 2000 when CNN website published prediction about 2012 , therefore , a new speculations about the end of the life cycle started to spread , some people started to believe that beginning of 2012 is a start for a new era, but others believe this year will definitely be the end of earth . This issue is circulated in many books and websites which put a countdown clock for the promised day in 21 of December of 2012. This date refers to the end of life cycle at the Maya civilization. The length of this civilization is 5126 year. It is known that people of this civilization are interest with astronomy. David Storat director of "Mesoamerica" center in Texas University says: there are many people who believe that end of universe is linked with Maya's beliefs, but it is not true because no wise man in civilization of Maya had mentioned that before. On the other hand, if you enter number 2012 in any search engine on the internet , names of many websites will be retrieved with information about 2012 as the day of resurrection with many instructions about how to survive ,what to wear , etc……………. So according to some theories, earth will start to turn in the opposite direction with many solar storms which will cause Volcanic eruptions and snow dissolving .but if you believe that this is an American movie, you are right because Hollywood are working on a movie about that day.  The Americans are trying to utilize these rumors to earn money! Director Roland Emerk and star John Cossack are working on a new film about 2012. The film starts with a monk entering a church to announce end of the world while Himalaya's snow starts to melt forming floods of water that kills people everywhere. On the other hand , there are hundreds of books about 2012 , one of these books is 'Apocalypse 2012' by Lawrence Joseph who included a group of possibilities which may occur , but he believed that end of the world will not be in that day. I have to mention that 21 of December / 2012 will agree solstice day in winter and also sun will be parallel to Milky Way galaxy. What is the truth? Official website of the American space agency (NASA) used to announce that every 11 years there is a solar storm which called "Sunspot Cycle" and in 2012 the storm will be stronger 30 -50 % more than the average but they believe that it is an ordinary matter…… The problem is that some people who believe in myths of MAYA had found a concurrence between their beliefs and the expected solar storm as a chance to circulate their ideas. …. the coming years will prove that they are liars and that for a very simple reason as their prediction is not based on any scientific basis except exaggerations and falsehoods. Prediction of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) Scientists of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research had succeeded to predict with the next solar storm in 2012 which occur every 11 years and they believe that this storm may affect and damage satellites and electricity networks because some of the coming particles with that storm may penetrate the atmosphere and affect communication systems , all of these are only predictions.  Scientists believe that next solar storm in 2012 will be stronger 50%more than the previous one. Height of the red lines reflects the intensity of the solar storm. This graph illustrate that in 1958 the storm was stronger than any other storm even the next one in 2012. As a sign that day of resurrection is so near). God be he exalted says People ask you concerning the Hour (day of resurrection), say: "The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What do you know? It may be that the Hour (day of resurrection) is near) (AL- Ahzab -63). Nowadays, we see some minor signs for day of resurrection such as environmental disasters, high temperature, air pollution and snow melting. On the other hand major signs will appear just before day of resurrection such as emergence of the Antichrist, descent of Christ, etc……. There is no doubt that day of resurrection is coming so we have to do a lot of good work especially to serve God's book (Qur'an) and to distribute useful science . Circumcision as a protection from HIV/ Aids
 The noble legislation of prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) is certainly proved its truth when he ordered us to circumcise, as science confirms the discovery of some new medical benefits of Circumcision …. One hundred years ago, atheists used to believe that principles of Islam are a sign of backwardness and are useless , so they refused Islam and were proud of their science abilities, but after some negative results and suffering due to their believes , they return back to principles of Islam , not as a religion but as an interest as their religion is the interest. One of the denied things by those atheists is the Circumcision as a prophetic Sunnah, as prophet Mohamed (Peace be upon him) said that the Circumcision is from the right nature. Here, medicine reveals some new facts about the usefulness of circumcision especially concerning the killer disease which is the AIDS. A New Study The new study says that Male circumcision decrease the opportunity of the infection by the disease of immunodeficiency (AIDS). Officially United Nations agrees to facilitate Male circumcision in African countries. As UNAIDS declared that Male circumcision is an important step in fighting with AIDS. YOB LANG as an AIDS expert in the medical center of Amsterdam agrees on that opinion. He says: (there is a lack of prevention from AIDS, every year there are new 4 million infections , we know that condom has an efficiency , but it is not used and is not available and we have to apply all available techniques to reduce the infection by AIDS . Male circumcision reduces the danger of transferring the disease from women to men by 50 to 60 % this is a high percentage.) In Africa there are 25 million person infected by AIDS from total of 40 million in the entire world. Infection spreads in Africa through sexual relations between man and woman, World health organization and the UNAIDS are expecting reduction of the infection by AIDS because of Male circumcisionduring the next 20 years by 6 million infection. There is no evidence that women are less exposed to the disease when they practice a sexual relation with a circumcised man, but there are continuous studies concerning that issue. There is a summarized study which illustrate that AIDS transition ratio from men to women will be deceased. But effect of that could be limited in comparison with the disease transition from women to men. We need to use women techniques which are unknown by men. But it would be so dangerous if circumcised men decided not to use condom especially in African countries where Rape is common. Edification is so important. If circumcised men will not use condom, reversed results may occur as Circumcision don't offer full protection. And infection by AIDS may increase. United Nations confirms on the linking between the success of Circumcision and dissemination of sexual knowledge to fight AIDS. In general circumcised men represent 30 % of men in the world. And that is due to religious reasons for Jews, Muslims and in some cases for protective reasons. According to UN, countries should facilitate Circumcision, as cost of the Circumcise operation is from 50 to 100 $ for each male. UN suggests making it free of charge. Male circumcision is also useful for women A new three studies confirmed that circumcision may protect men from AIDS and also protect women from a transferred virus through sexual relations which may cause cervical cancer. Published results in journal of Infectious Diseases in 16/12/2008 may increase the debate about the importance of men and new born male circumcision to protect their health and health of their wife in the future. Dr Bertrand Auvert from Versailles University and his colleagues in South Africa had examined 1200 man who visits a clinic in south Africa and they found that less than 15% of the circumcised men and 22% of the non circumcised men had infected by virus ( HPV) which cause cervical cancer and Genital diseases . Researchers had reported '' these results explains why women who are in sexual relations with circumcised men have a low possibility to be infected by cervical cancer in comparison with other women." A result of another research on some American men was less clear, but Carey Nelson from University of Oregon for science and health and his colleague said that they had found some new indications that circumcision may protect men. Circumcised men were 50% less possible to be exposed to virus (HPV) than non circumcised men. In the third study, lee Warner from the American centers for struggling and prevention of diseases and his colleagues had examined afro American people in Baltimore and they found that only 10 % of circumcised men are exposed to be infected by that virus in comparison with 22 % of non circumcised men . Statistics says that 33 million person all over the world are infected by AIDS which is a disease with no treatment. There are 20 million American who are infected by virus (HPV). This virus is the most common virus to be spread through sexual relations and cause cervical cancer which kills every year more than 300000 women.  A graph to illustrate number of infected people by AIDS all over the world (from 1995 to 2005), yellow color represent number of infections in Africa. We have to mention that Africa has the lowest percentage of circumcision, so number of infections in Africa is half the number of infections in the world. In 2005 number of infected people by AIDS was 40 million half of them were in Africa.  A figure to represent number of infected people by AIDS according to UN Statistics, as total of infected people are 34.4 million. If we divide Africa into two sections: the first section is in the north of great Sahara (most of populations are Muslims) where number of infected people are 220,000 and the second section is in the south of great Sahara (most of populations are non- Muslims) where number of infected people are 24.5 million. What a big difference!! This is due to the strict principles of Islam which prohibit adultery and order male to circumcise. But we have to mention that infection by AIDS had increased in Muslim countries because Muslims are now quite far from principles of their religion. They have to be back again……. What is the legislative miracle? When prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) had been sent to the people of the Arabian region ,some of them were polytheist who don't believe in god , some were Jews , some were Christians and others were Magus etc….. so if prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) are looking for money or power, he might leave every one to do what ever he or she like to do to get all parties in his side, but he choose the right nature so he ordered male to circumcise, avoid adultery and not to drink alcohol ……all of these are evidences that he is the messenger of god be he exalted. Prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) had ordered us with exactly what united nations is asking us to do. !! they are asking to circumcise male free of charge, because that would be more economical than infection by AIDS especially there are some previous studies which confirm that circumcision reduce transferring the Infectious and dangerous sexual diseases and also protect from cancer!! So any fair man should believe in Islam and in the greatness of the illiterate prophet. Our prophet (peace be upon him) said in the right Hadith (there are five things from nature …….. and he mentioned circumcision). This legislation had came in a time when no one on earth knows about the medical interests of circumcision, this rule apply to all given instructions by the prophet as all permissible things should be good for us and all prohibited thing should be bad for us. God says: (And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it). And fear Allah verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. ) {AL Hashr – verse 7} also god says: (Allah wishes to make clear (what is lawful and what is unlawful) to you, and to show you the ways of those before you, and accept your repentance and Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.Allah wishes to accept your repentance, but those who follow their lusts, wish that you (believers) should deviate tremendously away (from the Right Path). Allah wishes to lighten (the burden) for you; and man was created weak (cannot be patient to leave sexual intercourse with woman).) {AN-Nisa'- verse 26-28} It is from the prophetic Sunnah to circumcise male during the first days of birth (during the first seven days or multiples of the seven day). Islam forbids "unveiling"
 Is there any harm if women bared parts of their body? What modern Medicine is to say about this? And How the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) solved this problem? Let’s read this article. Islam has forbidden anything which can harm believers? Not only has this, but the Almighty God had forbidden anything which could lead to this harm. He, therefore, forbidden adultery and all things that can lead to it; man looking to women who are non-mahrams* and repeating these forbidden looks may lead to thinking about adultery. And speaking to women might be a way to adultery, especially when these women are unveiled, and when the talk is of the kind that is stimulating desires, feelings and emotions. There is another matter that leads to adultery and incites to it; the unveiling of women and the exhibition of the seductive pars of their bodies that stimulates the desire of men. Thus, the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade that and even considered unveiled women (women exposing their beauty) will not smell the scent of paradise! The Prophet (peace be upon him) said about signs of the Day of Resurrection :( … and women who are dressed and undressed (even if they are dressed they look nude because they expose the seductive parts of their body) slanted and slanting, there heads are like humps of camels, they neither enter paradise nor find its smell…) [Narrated by Muslim]. This Hadith Sharif represents a modern scientific miracle as well. The latest research on skin cancer has disclosed that women who bared parts of their bodies are exposed to infection by cancer significantly. Number of newspapers published medical research on this matter. According to the British Medical Journal that malignant cancer which was infrequent is today increasing constantly, and frequent cases of this malignant disease are unveiled women who reveal most parts of their bodies. Moreover, the medical research on this disease stated that it begins as a small black spot on the skin and then develops and grows and spreads in every direction and attack lymphs at the top of the thigh and then jumps and settles in the liver or settles in various organs and body systems. This disease is transmitted to the foetus in his mother's womb. One of The dangers of this disease is that it does not respond to radiotherapy like other types of cancers, and can not be cured with surgery. Therefore, the guidance of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) came to forbid unveiling and baring the body before thousand and four hundred years, is not this one the clear miracles of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)? *non-mahrams: mahrams are all women with whom man can not marry and vice versa, because it is forbidden e.g.: his mother, his sister… etc. ------------------- By: Abduldaem Al-Kaheel |
