They say that dates contain many minerals and vitamins that affect the mechanism of brain which leads to the psychological stability. It means that eating dates on a daily basis makes us stable from the psychological side. Allah Almighty says about this fruit when He tells us about story of Maryam: (And shake the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you*"So eat and drink and be glad){Sûrat Maryam- Mary-verse25-26 }
