Lightning and Rainbow

Let’s comtemplate this extraordinary picture that the Creator (Blessed and Exalted be He) made…it is an artistic picture full of miracles
….
This image represents the lightning and the rainbow. These universe phenomena witness the Creator (Blessed and Exalted be He) greatness. Hereafter, I do remember a noble verse where Allah (Blessed and Exalted be He) is saying: ‘’The lightning almost snatches their beholdings (Literally: eyesights); whenever it illuminates for them they walk in it, and when it darkens over them, they keep stationed; and if Allah had so decided, He would indeed have gone away with (i.e., taken away) their hearing and their beholdings. (Literally: eyesights) Surely Allah is Ever Determiner over everything.’’ (Al-Baqarah: 20).

Let’s consider the word (snatches)…why did not He say ‘‘The lightning almost blinds their beholdings’’?. To what refers the verb to snatch?
In Arabic ********, this word (snatches) (the *****alent of ‘’yakhtafo’’ in arabic) is used to express the speed of something ‘a snatch speed’’. It is one of the strongest words to express the great and non-visible speed. Indeed, scientists have discovered that the lightning ray speed is estimated to be more than 150.000 km/second !!
Just imagine that this speed means that if this ray had turned around the earth sphere, it would have done it in a period of quarter of a second only! Hence, Allah (Blessed and Exalted be He) said: (snatches their beholdings) …we can say nothing but Glorified be Allah! So, this wonderful ******** accuracy witnesses that this Qur’an is revealed from The Almighty, The Ever-Wise and is not human word as atheists pretend!
