أبغى مساعدتكم يا أهل الرياض..
طبعا أنتم عارفين شركة الدواء يشترطون وصفة طبية لصرف القطران.

أنا رحت لأحد المستوصفات وشرحت له موضوع القطران وفوائدة وووإلخ..
المهم الطبيب الله يجزاه بالخير مسكني محاضرة أني ما أستخدم إلا الأشياء المثبته طبيا وأترك خلطات ووصفات الإنترنت و و و. وكل هذا وباب مكتبه مفتوح!!
المهم ما بغيت أدخل معه في نقاشات وطلعت من عنده متفشل ومتطلم كني أيام الثانوية طالع من عند المدير!!:D

فالله يحقق أمانيكم ابغاكم تدلوني على مستوصفات تعطيني الوصفة بدون محاضرات وتهزئ :king:
وإن حصل بعد لو يكون مكان المستوصفات في ظهرة البديعة والسويدي وحواليها تسوون خير..
لأني إن شاء الله نواي أجرم في الصدفية اللي عندي في الإجازة بداية من بعد بكره!!

فيه حلن طرحه بعض الاعضاء فيه لف ودوران بس كوده ينفع ان شاء الله هههههههههه وهو انك تروح لم الدكتور وتخليه يكتب لك اي شي للصدفية مرهم او شامبو او او الخ ثم تقزززز القلم اللي كتب به الطبيب الوصفه قززز ههههههههههههه وتدور قلم مثله وتكتب زود على الوصفة العبارة : ( coal tar solution 20% ( 2L.

بنت اختي تدرس طب وخبرتها عن قطران الفحم وصعوبة اقتناع الأطباء فيه
قالت لي اذا الطبيب شاف تقرير من مواقع طبية يمكن يقتنع فيها ويكتب الوصفة
وهي ما قصرت معاي وسوت لي التقرير واستخدمت مصادر من مواقع طبية موثوق فيها
خذت التقرير للدكتورة اليوم واقتنعت بسرعة ولا قلت طاري المنتدى ولا النت لكن للاسف لايوجد هذا النوع من الدواء في الامارات وهي ما يحق لها تكتب وصفة طبية للادوية الموجودة خارج الدولة ...
لكنها حبت اتساعدني وقالت انها تقدر اتوصي دكتور داخل السعودية هي اتعرفت عليها من خلال المؤتمرات الطبية على كتابة الوصفة الطبية للحصول على القطران ويستلزم علي السفر الى الرياض..
وبما اني حصلت على نتيجة ايجابية مع عشبة الداد المغربية راح استمر معاها عسى الحصول على شفاء تام..وأجلت فكرة السفر شوي ...

Coal tar. A thick, black byproduct of the manufacture of petroleum products and coal, coal tar is probably the oldest treatment for psoriasis. It reduces scaling, itching and inflammation. Exactly how it works isn't known. Coal tar has few known side effects, but it's messy, stains clothing and bedding, and has a strong odor. Coal tar is available in over-the-counter shampoos, creams and oils. It's also available in higher concentrations by prescription.

According to the National Psoriasis Foundation and the FDA, coal tar is a valuable, safe and inexpensive treatment option for millions of people with psoriasis and other scalp or skin conditions.[8] Coal tar concentrations between 0.5% and 5% are safe and effective for psoriasis, and no scientific evidence suggests that the coal tar in the concentrations seen in non-prescription treatments is carcinogenic. The NPF states that coal tar contains approximately 10,000 chemicals, of which only about 50% have been identified,[9] and the composition of coal tar varies with its origin and type of coal (for example,: lignite, bituminous or anthracite) used to make it.

Coal tar
Coal tar or crude coal tar is obtained by the destructive distillation of bituminous coal at very high temperatures. It is believed that over 10,000 different compounds make up coal tar but only 400 or so have been identified. The main groups of compounds making up crude coal tar are 48% hydrocarbons, 42% carbon and 10% water.
In its natural form coal tar is a thick, nearly black, viscous liquid with a characteristic smell. It is most often obtained in solution form (0.1 to 20%) and mixed with other ingredients, such as salicylic acid and sulphur, to make lotions, creams, ointments and shampoos. It has been used for decades to help treat the scaling, itching and inflammation of psoriasis, eczema, and other skin disorders.
Marketed preparations of coal tar in New Zealand include:

• Coconut Oil Compound Ointment (Coco-Scalp™) for scalp psoriasis
• Egopsoryl TA Gel™ to apply to psoriasis plaques
• Polytar Emollient and Liquid for bathing
• Shampoos such as Polytar™, Sebitar™, Ionil T™ and Fongitar™

However, crude and refined coal tar preparations are still available through your pharmacist whom will compound any coal tar preparation as prescribed by your doctor.
What is coal tar used for?

The use of coal tar is declining as newer compounds effective against the different forms of psoriasis are replacing it. However, it still has the advantages of being low cost and causing less systemic toxicity as compared with more modern therapies.
Coal tar is still used to treat a variety of skin disorders, particularly conditions where the skin is flaky and scaly.

• Scalp psoriasis
• Palmoplantar pustulosis
• Plaque psoriasis
• Atopic dermatitis

Exactly how coal tar works to treat these conditions is not completely understood. It appears to have antimicrobial, antipruritic (reduce itching) and keratoplastic (normalise keratin growth in the skin and reduce scaling) effects.
How to use coal tar

Coal tar may be compounded with other ingredients to make creams, ointments, paints, pastes, gels, soaps, solutions and shampoos. Follow closely the instructions on the label on how to use your coal tar preparation. Listed below are some general tips for using coal tar products.

• Apply it at bedtime if possible to avoid daytime inconvenience of the smell and staining
• Leave on skin for at least 2 hours unless otherwise directed by your doctor
• If treating the scalp, apply with a downward stroke in the same direction as hair growth
• Cover or wrap with bandages to help the preparation stay in place and prevent staining. Do not use plastic wrap as this may cause irritation and infection
• Do not apply to infected, blistered, raw or oozing areas of the skin
• After applying coal tar preparations, protect the treated area from direct sunlight and do not use a sunlamp unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

Undesirable Effects

Most patients tolerate coal tar preparations well. It may initially cause mild stinging or skin irritation as your body gets use to the medicine. However, if this continues stop using the preparation and see your doctor.
When used on the scalp, it may temporarily discolour bleached, tinted, light blond or grey hair. Coal tar also stains skin and clothing. The stain on the skin will wear off after you have stopped using the preparation.
Coal tar may cause photosensitivity, hence the need to stay out of direct sunlight when using these preparations. In some instances your doctor may use the Goeckerman regimen, which is a combination of coal tar with UVB phototherapy. This has been found to be particularly successful for treating psoriasis.
There is some controversy over the carcinogenic (cancer-causing) potential of coal tar. In animal studies, it has been shown to increase the chance of skin cancer. However, in human studies an increase in the incidence of cancers has not been found after 75 years of documented use.

Coal tar

Tar derived from both coal and wood (e.g., juniper, pine) are both used for medicinal purposes. However, coal tar is the type used most commonly to treat psoriasis. Tar can help slow the rapid growth of skin cells and restore the skin's appearance. In addition, it can help reduce the inflammation, itching and scaling of psoriasis. Tar products can vary dramatically from brand to brand. Generally, the higher the concentration of tar, the more potent the product.
Tar can irritate, redden and dry the skin. Test a tar product on a small area of the skin first. If reddening occurs, try applying the tar on top of a moisturizer. Tar can stain clothing, bed linen, and light-colored hair. Tar makes skin more sensitive to sunlight, so be sure to wash it off thoroughly, use sunscreen and monitor your sun exposure. Tar remains active on the skin for at least 24 hours, and you are at increased risk of sunburn during this period.
Studies show some of the chemicals in coal tar may cause cancer, but only in very high concentrations, such as in what is used in industrial paving. Anyone using tar regularly should follow a regular skin cancer checkup schedule. California requires OTC coal tar shampoos, lotions and creams that contain more than 0.5 percent coal tar to be labeled with cancer warnings. However, the FDA maintains that OTC products with coal tar concentrations between 0.5 percent and 5 percent are safe and effective for psoriasis, and there is no scientific evidence that the tar in OTC products is carcinogenic.

أخوي مشغوول صدقني ما يطالعون وصفتك في المستودع هههههههههههه بس بيصورونها وبيخلونها عندهم عشان لو لاقدر الله صار لك مضاعفات والا شي اخلو مسؤليتهم بالصورة اللي صوروها من وصفتك بس ههههههههههههههه. يعني المسأله اخلاء مسؤلية لا أكثر انا قلت لك انتبه للقلم من باب المزح على فكرة هههههه والا الظاهر لو حتى عطيتهم الوصفه ببدوون اضافة سوليشن أوف كوال تار مادرو بعد هههههه

نعم يقبلون وصفات من خارج المملكه
انا رسلت لاخوي وصفه من اليمن وجاب لي القطران وبدأت استعماله لي 3 ايام
القشور في تساقط الحمد لله
